The product i received from the Mystery Box is not even worth what I paid for it. There was a Ipad and a heated jacket that was the main gift you can win. One item was broken because of the packaging it came in.
Until Gone is always quick to please & make your purchase right, the only thing you have to do is look at the wording on the item you're about to purchase, and if you have any doubts confirm it with an associate who can see it. They are the Best On-Line Company around. I have several experiences with them & am quite pleased.
If you need a specific gadget right now, this is probably not the place to look since the items vary and are sometimes limited in number. However, if you have a running list of things that would be nice to have if I could afford them, this site is for you. Whether it is camping gadgets to bedsheets, you will find them here at one time or another at the right price.
Products are as advertised and are good quality. Smaller items ship quickly and larger items usually arrive within 2 weeks. My first purchased was zero gravity patio chairs and they have help up well after spending 2 summers outdoors.
This company has no merchandise, they are marketing other companies merchandise and when you receive a product other than what was promised they string you alone g until you finally give up. I will never deal with them again.
I am a budget geek and like surprises, so when i get a box every month with all sorts of fun stuff, it's like having a birthday every month. I have used the site for everything from phone chargers to drones that my grand kids love.
I ordered some shirts in size Large. They were not manufactured/sized correctly, as they were too small. (I have a closet full of size large shirts, and even a few mediums that fit me) I contacted the support department, and asked for either an exchange to the next larger size, or a refund. They were not willing to help me, claiming I had "changed my mind" about my order. I place about 50 orders monthly thru Amazon (and other internet sites), and have NEVER had such poor customer support. They lost me as a customer on my first order. "Caveat Emptor" (let the buyer beware)
Like many have said before me, if I could give them zero stars I would. Worse experience ever! I ordered a cell phone for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to be a GSM unlocked phone. Instead they sent me a Verizon phone. I have tried to contact customer service. It does not exist. I have still haven't heard from them so I can get the correct phone or at least my money back. I'm thinking about selling the phone to get some of my money back, but after reading some of these reviews I wonder if the phone is even any good. I will never buy from a company I don't know again without checking on the reviews for it first.
Actually, it's 4 and a half stars. Only because nobody's perfect. As with everything a glitch can happen. After many orders through, Until Gone there was a defective item in a very large order. Until Gone's customer service department immediately got on top of the problem and made sure it was corrected completely and to my satisfaction. The selection is good, the products are good, the prices are great and above all the customer service is fantastic! They may not be perfect, but I get a feeling that they are working as hard as they can to try and be!
If only I could rate this 0 stars! I recently ordered a back pack from UntilGone.com and had it shipped to my daughter's address. When I arrived 6 weeks later the package contained a knitted Christmas stocking. I contacted the company, told them of the mistake and they refuse to correct the issue claiming the 'warranty' period had expired. This is not a warranty issue, it is a fulfillment/shipping issue. This company cannot be trusted to stand behind their products nor process.
I ordered a product for $143.24 on August 21st. I know I typed that address in my husband as my witness. I then receive something in the mail saying that my package was unable to be delivered. I call the company multiple times leave a message and no answer back... I email them and finally they respond that they are looking into it. How could they not just look up the order? I gave them the order number. Then they respond that UPS gave it to USPS. Well that is strange because why would they do that? I bought shipping insurance. The next responses we didn't have your address. My address literally changed from my street address to my email address. After going back and forth with them, they tell me that it was returned to sender. How can that be if they said they tried to deliver it? $143.24! Really? Scammers!

Generally the products offered are OK at crazy good prices; on occasion they are not. You have to be careful what you order and have some knowledge, either from the marketplace or reviews online. The other comment I have is they could certainly speed up their delivery times as they could take up to two weeks from the time they say it has shipped.
For well over a year I have looked at the deals on untilgone and bought a lot of items that were terrific deals. I especially love the junk boxes. Everything is always good stuff.

90% of the stuff you get from Yugster is really good quality. They barter for deals from many manufactures so occasionally a poor product slips through the gap, but overall I am very pleased with my purchases. Great customer service.
