They are terrible if you are trying to return a prodcut. Getting the run around. Prodcut is subpar.

**Buyer Beware! Yugster has changed it's name to "UntilGone"**

I previously reviewed Yugster with a glowing report. I'd been purchasing yard items, NFL items, you name it, with little or no issues. That all changed in December, 2017 (yes, RIGHT AFTER the glowing review!). I ordered a beautiful 'Ship in a Decanter Bottle' as a Christmas gift. Gotta order early with Yugster, because the shipping time frames are VERY lengthy.

The item was delivered December 2nd. I carefully stored it in a locked closet until Christmas. When the recipient opened it, we noticed it was broken. I immediately got online with Yugster asking for assistance to replace the gift. It took until the 2nd week in FEBRUARY for them to finally give me a response, which was that there was a 30 day warranty on it, that began the day I ordered the item. I hadn't had it for 30 days when it was opened and realized it to be broken, so I notified within 30 days of RECEIVING the item. It's unethical to penalize me for a warranty period for an item for the time it wasn't in my possession. Even more so, the item was clearly damaged while in their possession, or during the shipping process, which was DEFINITELY within the so-called 30-day warranty period.

I found it hard to believe they created a loophole to get out of providing excellent customer service! To start the warranty period on the day it was ordered, then take over two weeks to deliver, but include those days in the "warranty period" is unheard of!
The decanter was a Christmas gift, so there was no way for me to know prior to December 25th that it was broken. I reached out as soon as it was opened. The recipient was so heartbroken about it. Then, it took Yugster over 30 days to respond to my customer care communication, and to add to this EXTREMELY delayed response, they added insult to injury by offering me five dollars! (I was on their highest membership tier!) I told them to keep the five dollars because it seemed they needed it more than me.
I also ordered one of the "junk box" deals, thinking there would be some good stocking stuffers. What a LOAD of CRAP! I had to donate most of it because it was so useless.

I've not ordered from the scam artists since then.

The more you shop, the more you save! I've gotten some really great stuff from here SUPER CHEAP!

Could literally jabber all day long about how awesome YUGSTER is but Ill keep this one short and sweet.(hopefully anyways dont hold me to it, its really to awesome a shop to not totally brag them up! What are you waiting for?) YUGSTER ROCKS, they are one of our favorite online spots to shop, for all sorts of things needed, wanted, unwanted and everything, I mean EVERYTHING in between. Most always can find what youre looking for or close to it if not a better replacement option/version. Have a couple extra bucks burning a hole in your pocket YUGSTER is the best place to spend it for sure, not only will you be able to stretch dollar further because of the awesome savings but youll also find some of the coolest items out there. Always up to date merchandise, hip and cool, fun and fashionable, trendy and elite selection of all things big and small. Excellent quality havent gotten any bunk/junk items yet! However if something does disappoint they have a super simple return option on most items just be sure to check before purchase in the item description as it does very per item but all items do now have an option to purchase an extended warranty for a year or two have purchased this warranty personally but have yet to need to use is so cant say how it works but Im sure its wonderful as is most things yugster. Return process is quick and easy, customer service kicks butt, can be some what slow on occasion and even close to rude but both instances relate to only one employee all the others are outstanding! They are very knowledgeable, kind, extremely helpful and experienced, very timely and reliable, always go above and beyond to solve your issues with an outstanding solution and pristine resolve. Remarkable response to emails, calls and online chat. Have only run into one poor employee unfortunately multiple times but on the bright side she too is always very consistent and you know exactly what to expect and that its most likely the best bet to just bypass her if possible and work with a different staff member by an alternative means of communication, ie: if you get her via email call in instead, of you get her on the phone try email instead, if you get her on the chat try calling in, I think you get the idea. All in all YUGSTER has become a family favorite over the years, weve gotten most all our family shopping with them, friends and neighbors too, hey YUGSTERs so great even have a few enemys shopping with them to ;). Could go on all day but want this review to actually get read so Ill wrap it up. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR GET YOUR BUTT OVER TO YUGSTER.COM AND START SAVING BIG ON ALL THE COOLEST THINGS YOU NEED AND OF COURSE ALL THE SUPER COOL THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW YOU NEEDED! PS: dont forget to check out the junk boxes theyre always fun, still waiting for a pallet of junk (how cool would that be? I mean really OMG Id be so stocked) or the elusive hundred dollar bill they say slips in a box every now and then. Hate spilling the secrets but hey someones got to right?
