Every item I have purchased has been functional and useful. Never disappointed. Electronics are a big component of their special offerings. I often compare Yugsters cost to what other businesses charge for the same or similar items, and always end up thinking I can get a better deal from Yugsters.
Awesome products at bargain prices. Every item is well illustrated, with detailed product descriptions. Very easy to see exactly what you're getting, new or refurbished always stated clearly. I'm always satisfied with my orders, and never feel cheated or deceived. I highly recommend Yugster to everyone!
Been dealing with them since 2010. Most items are what they advertised and decently priced. On computer equipment, most of the stuff is refurbed and may not be in "A" condition. Keep that in mind when you compare pricing.
To hell with yugster, 90 percent of you reviewers sound like whiny little toddlers that didn't get their way. Grow up! How am i supposed to take any of you kids serious when you whine more about your feelings getting hurt then about the actual service or product and what actually went wrong? At this point it has snowballed completely out of control. The next guy is just following what the last guy said instead of having an actual opinion of his own. I have never had the amount of problems you people have had with yugster or any online company. I guess im just really really really lucky or most of these reviews of yugster are flat out lies that people got paid to write or sadly they have nothing else in their pathetic lives then to bad mouth online companies.
Yugster offers items I didn't even know existed but can't seem to live without now. I look forward to their daily e-mails that share great products at a good value. Their communication, confirmations, and tracking have all been top notch.
Terrible first and LAST experience with them! The item looked NOTHING like the pics, therefore the fault lies with them. Because of that, they should be responsible for return shipping yet they refused. Just left the Post Office and it will cost me the same amount to send it back as I spent on the item so there was no point. Now I am stuck with junk. Unacceptable. Do NOT shop on this site! Shop at wish.com or nordstroms rack or some other discount site. NOT here though! Terrible customer service, cheap goods, misleading advertising, and returns are a hassle!
Daily invitations keep coming in with good to better deals. Many seem to interest me more that other shops. When I purchase I haven't experienced anything less than professional. With ease of processing to door delivery, Until Gone has been consistent. As a regular seller I place UG within my five best shopping deals.
I've been shopping this site for awhile now and absolutely love it. If you watch your p's and q's you can score some exceptionally good deals. When my fiance is looking for a bargain on something in particular he always asks if I've checked Until Gone first lol! He absolutely loves the weighted blanket I gave him last year for his birthday (he gets A LOT of gifts from Until Gone) and I love the 1000 thread count sheets... my bed is sooooo comfy. The only downside might be them selling out popular products FAST... you snooze, you lose so check your emails.
Bought cell phone for Freedom pop, phone does not work well, notified three times e mail, there was one initial reponse after that no response, called the customer service stated that I have to go through email. Dragging feet, do not want to give refund, would not advise to buy from this site.
Yugster collects items from Goodwill stores and puts up for sale. This is how so outdated their products are. Most items especially electronic device that you will find at Goodwill stores are on sale here as well at Yugster s. They are all so worthless.
I didn't know that I bought an iMac at Yugster that was built in 2006. IOS cannot be upgraded. Cannot add more RAM. Scratches on the monitor, type one thing on the keyboard, garbage shows up on the screen. You can't open more than two sites at one time.
Apple Rep told me this is so old item that people donate these items to Goodwill stores. The important lesson here is community needs to be together, so we all don't become victims of scams. STAY AWAY from Yugster.com.
I bought a refurb power washer from them that did not work. The manufacture ghosted me about the issue, but Until Gone took care of it right away. I have purchased several other things with no problems and on time shipping. I will continue to buy from them.

Really everything, also at the lowest price and best customer service. Once I bought a laptop via Yugster, but 1 hour later, I changed minded, so I called customer support, within 1 minute, she cancelled my order without asking why or any question.
There are many items that I only buy from Yugster because of the price. Around the holidays, I start stocking up for small gifts for my family and friends. Who can't use a rechargeable flashlight or Bluetooth speaker or even a sheet set? Yep, they have it all. Over the years I've purchased some really nice gifts and everyone is always happy. Super slow shipping. I'm afraid of the quality of the two wireless PS3 controllers I purchased. How does it take nine days before you even ship out two measly controllers? My daughters are constantly asking if/when they'll arrive. Still a week + yet!
I have purchased from Yugster for years. It not only is fun but you save money in the process. Yugster is fast, efficient, and affordable. What more needs to be said? I like their presentation of merchandise.
They will not refund laptops and computers no longer supported by security updates. Look into the operating system's age and how long updates will continue being supported or you'll get stuck with a refurbished laptop that is vulnerable to attacks and malware.
Good luck remedying any issues that arise, they'll clap their hands and back away like a blackjack dealer taking a smoke break.

In all that time, I have had one problem with an item. Yugster addressed that problem immediately & solved it completely.
The Yugster's Junk Box, which comes out periodically, is like an extra Christmas. It is filled with at least 5 really cool items. No "junk" received to date.
I ordered two chains in sterling silver. They arrived looking very different from the photos on the website. They were cheap enough in price that I wrote it off and thought I would re-gift them. I then noticed they were stuck to a magnet on my desk! Stuck hard! I called to complain that they were selling base metal with nickel as sterling silver. They seemed to be quite aware of that fact and gave me a refund. What they didn't give me was an apology.
I've been a customer since Feb 2010! Yugster has always presented products that make great Christmas and birthday presents. I was also able to use them in furnishing hard to find tech items for a new office. When there was a problem, fixed immediately. Looking forward to 7 more years with them

Things like solar lights for outside, electronics, kitchen essentials, and pet supplies are priced much lower for the same name brand that you'd get elsewhere. I definitely recommend using them.
