Until Gone

I order frequently from Until Gone. Mostly headphones because my kids are rough with them and I can get good quality cheap. I decided to get a mystery junk box this last order. It seemed like a either picnic theme or a dorm room starter kit. It had a folding camp chair, condiments station, coffee mug, reusable jello shot cups, and a car cell phone holder. Dollar wise i would say it was a good value but I had no need for any of it (hence the name junk box)

I bought a gas grill cover. Sounded like a good deal, was a thin plastic black drop cloth! Or like a disposable picnic table tablecloth. My previous purchase was OK, but with this one, I feel taken. I contacted them, and got:
"I am sorry to hear that you feel that way. We have sold many of these items and had great success with them. Thanks, Yugster"
Then they considered the case "closed"! I will never order from them again, and I order LOTS from "deal" sites!

“Ordered a backpack from Yugster over a month ago and still have not received it. After I emailed customer service the first time I was told they would "look into" the matter. 23 days later no response. I emailed them again showing my purchase, billing, and shipping info to ask for an update or a refund and the service agent closes my complaint without resolving anything at all. He does not even tell me if anything has changed. I have ordered from Yugster before and got items so I do not understand why they are unwilling to help. I would not recommend Yugster as they can not be trusted.”

I wish I had looked up this review site before making a purchase. Buyer beware!
I ordered two flood lights from Yugster. Advertised as bright and meant for outdoor use. The product I received was emitting light more on the scale of a few night lights put together. Requested a refund since the product was not as advertised and they allowed me to return them, but classified it as me "changing my mind". I am out shipping costs both ways and a 15% restocking fee. That sets me back like $25 for an initial $40 purchase and got nothing out of it!

I have bought many things from Yugster including a refurbished computer & IPAD. They work great with no problems at all! Strongly encourage anyone to purchase anything from them, they do have so awesome deals!

I've been a member of Yugster for years. I love daily deal sites and first came upon Yugster when off work. I've found so many great buys! I've bought electronics, housewares, you name it! I love their low cost shipping and many categories to pick from. They offer incentives to customers, meaning the more you buy, the lower your price will be! How many other sites do this?! None that I've seen! I highly recommend Yugster. Check them out daily, as you don't want to miss a thing!

They describe the products accurately. They ship promptly and arrive well packaged without any damage to the products. I'm selective about what I buy... read the descriptions and the reviews before you click BUY. I purchased my 2nd Junk Box today... the first one was a smashing hit with my employees. I let my top five producers pick out what they wanted and I kept the rest. It looked like Christmas morning at my office that day. The other 25 employees got excited and are working their butts off so they will be in the top five. The cheapest and best motivation I've found.

You can often find items you'd look for at regular stores at a fraction of the price. And, you get exactly what you ordered--no seconds or cheap knock-offs. I love it! You even accumulate points which translate into cheaper pricing. What more can you ask for? ;))

Purchased merchandise from this site - per their statements, they say it takes at most 5 working days to ship if from their facilities. Still no shipping date.
I contacted Yugster.com with no results - they say they will ship it soon - cancelling the order - F Yugster

Ps. I'm a joe average shopper - I do not work for an online store. I just thought I saw a good deal that didn't go thru and when I contacted Yugster to give them an opportunity to correct their mistake, they screwed up yet again - if I could give them zero starts I would

My first purchase went well, so I decided to make a second purchase. I bought the box of junk. After reading the description, it sounded like a great deal. The reviews were all negative but since my first order went well, I decided to give it a try. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. My box was $15 and $5 shipping. It was junk and no where near the $15. Items were in pieces and/or broke. I don't think they could have thrown in cheaper things if they had tried. Trust me, Its not worth the money.

I've been ordering from Yugster for almost 10 years and I don't ever remember being disappointed with my order. I love checking in everyday to see what cool stuff they are offering at great prices. I love to show off my new gadgets at work and have everyone jealous. They offer unusual stuff that you didn't even know you needed until you ordered it, and now see you cant hardly live without it. Never had issues with Yugster. Sure it can take a couple weeks to ship out items. Who cares you're getting things for a huge discount and cheap shipping. I've never had products just up and break either. I'm always happy to see the daily items in their email.

I was hopeful with all of the positive reviews on here but then got an email saying they were unable to ship the item that I ordered. They offered a replacement but it was not even close to the price I paid for the original item,
