Until Gone

I've lost track of how many orders I've made here. I usually buy small items that are difficult to find elsewhere and when they are elsewhere, they're usually a much better deal on UntilGone.

I like their daily ads which are short enough to browse through quickly without missing anything. On top of that, you earn cash discounts on already low prices.

I've had good results working with their customer service a couple of times too.

What's not to like.?

I'm a Blue Diamond customer. That means I have over 6000 points. Customers get points for every dollar they spend. I have been buying from "Yugster", which is now "Until Gone", since April 5,2009, and I trust them enough to spend enough money to get me over 6000 points! Every time I check something on their site one of my apps pops up to show me a competitor's price and it's always more! I trust their stock, their shipping and their customer service - which I've only had to use about 3 times in 9 years and 8 months. They are very honest, the bargains are real and this company is top notch!

Bought a VR headset WITH remote. Got the package with no remote. Called the company. Was told they'd contact the distributor. Never heard back. Called again 2 weeks later. Was told they were "out of stock". I get am email saying they refunded $8.97 "per your request". I never requested any refund, much less a portion of what I paid. Called again and was told by Nicole that she found a remote on Amazon, so that's why I was refunded a portion for the remote, because I too could order one from Amazon.com. When I pointed out the headset was useless without the remote, Nicole said it'd be a 15% restocking fee! Then she emailed saying she would waive the fee "this one time" What a joke.

I was really impressed with Yugster's prices. But it's not worth it. I bought a refurbished phone from them. It's slow and shuts off on me all the time. My husband bought a hands free headset from them. It came without some parts. He contacted Yugster and they told him it didn't say in the ad that it came with those parts. Really? Why would anyone buy it if it didn't have all the pieces needed for it to function. I contacted customer service over and over with an issue of not being able to log in to the website and they never responded. Maybe their non-electronic items are good. But our experience has not been positive.

Until Gone is a successor to a previous business, Yours Until Gone (or YUG). I don't know if it was sold or what. Both businesses sold a wide range of products, from electronics to clothing to furniture---you name it. YUG had real bargains, but the quality of the staff was often sketchy and they didn't offer refunds or replacements. I drifted away.

Then I started noticing the new company and I noticed an air mattress on sale at a very good price. I needed one (they always seem to develop leaks), so I figured I'd try it. It looked good, worked fine, and, after many uses, hasn't developed a leak. That encouraged me to try more and I've bought at least 3 other items that all seem good to me. The prices range from nicely discounted to really deeply discounted. I now regularly browse through the emails they send to look for the next great deal.

I had placed an order for 2 pairs of drapes and only received one. I reached out to an associate who assured be that they will check into the situation. They continued to keep me informed and I received my draped shortly afterwards.

I have purchased several items from Yugster. The quality is usually less than desirable. And there shipping is terrible. 12 -15+ days to get a product that I payed the shipping on is just not acceptable. This last time will be my last order from them. I ordered two pairs of earrings for my daughters. They charged me shipping for EACH pr, instead of combining the orders. It has been 11 days and I just checked with them and they told me expect them by Jan 1,2016..
