Until Gone

Every order from yugster.com has been exactly as described at a great price! They have a great variety of popular items that is always changing. It's always the first place I check for items I want! They also offer 'junk boxes' which are a box of miscellaneous items - these are like playing the lottery... for about $25 you sometimes get great stuff (like a jawbone fitness tracker) and other times, it's literally a box of junk that simply didn't sell - still fun to, order once in awhile!

I have been a customer and member for over 6 years now and don't have one negative remark to say and that says a lot for me. I am a very picky person but with Yugster I have never been disappointed. Electronics are great. Delivery is also fast too. I check out their site every single morning with my morning coffee to see what deals are going on for the day. Keep up the good work!

Have been a member of this mail order company for several years. Have purchased many different things and some awesome prices. Great company and great people - any issue I ever had was handled quickly and efficiently.

I've been using them for quite a while--I get the e-newsletters and I haven't been disappointed in the quality of anything I've gotten from them over the years. They package it so the products arrive in great condition, even if the Post Office throws them down the stairs. I get exactly what is described. Happy to recommend them.

I'm a bargain hunter, and sites like Yugster are my jam. Yugster is one of the better ones, with a decent selection of sometimes useful things, often at nice discounts. And I've gotten several of their "junk boxes" over the years, and they always have nifty things in them (toys, electronics, collectables, more!) They are reliable, and the real deal - no need to worry about them being legit - I've been shopping with them for years.

The first couple years as a member I became sort of addicted to the mystery junk boxes. I would always buy one, sometimes more than one, every month. It was the thrill of not knowing what you were going to get. In the last six months I have cut back to having bought only a couple. I have also bought other items, but the mystery boxes are my favorite.
The reason for the four stars is that although they added a lot of free shipping, it takes forever to get your order. For example, my current order was July 14 and the tracking for one item indicates July 28 for delivery. That's two weeks. The second item indicates July 25-29, and it's only an hour and a half away from me, according to the tracking information. I know this isn't Amazon with its two day shipping, but two weeks is a little excessive.

I had read some unflattering reviews for Until Gone. I ordered a very inexpensive kitchen item (Pro Peeler) to see if the company would send everything as noted on the item list. I received the Pro Peeler 2-Pack within one week. One of the Peelers was missing a blade. I e-mailed the company a note that one of the peelers was missing the blade. Within 24 hours (actually less than 24 hours) I received an e-mail from Vanessa. Long story short, Vanessa took care of everything and the replacement is on its way. VERY professional service on her part. I now feel comfortable to order other more expensive products from Until Gone.

I LOVE YUGSTER! There are always so many great things and makes shopping for the hard to find a gift person a breeze. Plus it's always affordable. They include amazing details about the products and overall, just a well run site! Their customer service is also top notch. Of the couple times I have had a problem in the almost 10 years I have used them, they have always exceeded my expectations.
