Poor Customer Service

The only way to contact them is thru email, there is no phone or online chat support, so it will take days to resolve any issues you have.
They will make you pay for return shipping on a purchase, even if it is defective.
I purchased sportswear Items and the quality was very cheap and flimsy.
I won't buy anything from them again and i advise you to do the same.

Funny the first review posted says it all for me. Thanks Laurence M... now i know why i had so much issues with the customer service dept... from utah?! Actually after they said they would refund money i said keep it because they are thieves and i wont ever do business with them again... my recommendation if you do business with them, hope that they ship you the quantity you ordered because if they dont you'll never get a replacement even if its for sale again on the site within 24 hrs. Their business practices are below sub standard. And customer service although nice... do ZERO!

Purchased product October 2014. Arrived two weeks later. Tablet that does not work! No wi-fi capability, even though it is advertised as having wi-fi capability. Returned product. Still no replacement. No credit. NOTHING! I have contacted them ten times via the website under my "case" number. No response. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Missing piece
April 18, 2022

Weather finally broke to put together my nieces Christmas gift, forklift ($426), only to find out it's missing the roof and we can put it together. Upon contacting customer service I got the run around and no resolve. It's a scam of a site! They should be able to provide the missing piece. That's a lot of money spent not to provide the best customer service!

Overpriced Junk!

I bought a set of 500 thread count sheen sheets for $35.00 from this website, (which I found on the site "Brad's Deals" which is a fantastic site). When I washed the sheets for the second time they began to unravel. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I just threw the sheets away rather then dealing with their excuses. Go to their website and look at all the bad reviews. This is one of the worst companies on the internet. STAY AWAY from this company and don't give them a penny of your hard earned cash.

They make you go through hurdles to contact them for customer service and in reply they send you a "ticket number". And that's the last you will hear from them. In case you want to "unsubscribe" them, don't worry, their prices are not that special; try a price comparison website.

Funny, but I thought folks from Utah were honest people.

Waiting for Godot

I have been waiting and waiting but no package no more email messages no response to my messages. Like the waiting for Godot play by Samuel Beckett I am now aware the package may never arrive Hate to bash a company especially if they are having growing pains but 3 weeks is long enough. Advice stay away

Fun, Products sub par

While it is fun to get your boxes the problem is many of the items are repetitive, damaged, significantly used and in some cases junk. For instance I received a refurbished Ipad. It may work fine but the case was badly worn and definitely not refurbished. While in the real world refurbished means a damaged product returned while under warranty some of your products are definitely not. I am going to make one last try and hope for the best. If I get Junk again it will be the last. I would be happy to discuss.

Very wide selection of products. Prices beat all others in most cases. Stock must be readily available because I have never waited very long for delivery. The only way I could rate this company higher would be if they gave their stuff away.

I've gotten probably twenty junk boxes. I've never been disappointed. I check prices on Amazon and usually have more than twice what I paid. Occasionally I'll get other things. Again no disappointments.

Lot's of cool stuff

Overall, it's been a good experience. Most of the things have worked out, including the junk boxes. There have been a couple things that were either damaged or not working and I was able to get refunded for those purchases or replacements were sent. The shipping seems on and off. Sometimes things came in boxes and well packed, other times in bubble wrap or plain envelope. The lead time for shipping isn't great, but then we live in the age of instant gratification. It reminds me of the old days of purchasing/shipping when I was a kid when most things could take 2-3 weeks to get to you from across the country. I haven't ordered any large ticket items, so I can't speak to the condition or quality of those. I've mostly purchased accessories like chargers, cell phone cases, and such. As with any online experience regardless of the name or brand, remember the old Latin expression: Caveat Emptor.

This site send one daily email with a format that is quick and easy to review. The goods are unique: LED bulbs, solar flood lights, Mr Coffee, laptops, etc. Some new, some refurbished, but always a great price. I had a problem with a weather station and my refund was immediate. They never spam you with any other emails and offer rewards (discounts) the more you buy.

I have bought light bulbs, solar lights that are $20 or more, wire shelves for my basement for storage, and tools. I bought a shoe storage for under the bed and only paid $4.95 and it was not what I expected (kinda flimsy) but it was perfect to store my winter blanket in it. If the deal is too good, then you might be disappointed in the quality. I rated this review 5 due to the customer service - great! I have not ordered any electronics - can't review those items. Just bought and received an indoor/outdoor thermometer and simply love it. Getting one for my sister (today-hope they are still there)

Always find interesting items, both useful and fun! Make sure you understand what you are buying... sometimes electronics are older versions, though. Being a member pays off as you can get even further discounted prices!

The junk boxes are mostly as advertised, JUNK but most other things are of decent quality and at a good price. Shipping time has improved but still slow compared to their competition. I must like them in spite of this because I have been a customer for years now!

They've got plenty of deals, plus a bunch of new ones every day! I've been an occasional purchaser for a few years, and the few times I've had any issue, it was dealt with nicely. Shipping can be a bit slow, but you get those savings passed to you.

Great site, lots of bargains and fun too!
This site is shared by me to lots of friends and family, and they are always throwing a new promotion or other fun add-on that makes it worthwhile to shop with them. In the few cases where I had an issue with a purchase their customer service has been very good.
