I accidently ordered the wrong size but the larger flag still works. The product is very high quality, but I wish I knew that the material I chose for durability tends to be more see through against a bright sky. So not happy with my purchase but that's on me. I do highly recommend and will use them again.

WE purchased a Ukraine flag to show support for that country in spite of the US efforts to abandon them. The flag is perfect for the location we are displaying and arrived soon after it was ordered. Very happy.

There are lots of different flags to choose from. My order arrived on time. I deducted a star because one of the two flags I ordered isn't of great quality. It's laser printed, but only on one side. The other side of the flag is not vibrant in color.

I looked up and researched online for a new American flag. The one I had was only a couple years old and in very bad shape. I came across United States Flag Store and read reviews. They all seemed very good. I did check out a couple other sites but not all the reviews were good. I have had the flag up a couple months and it is a little heavier construction and still flies well. It has gone through some rough weather but still looks great.

My husband is thrilled. Our last flag was nice but fell apart not long after we had bought it. I thought I had ordered the same type of flag with this order from your company but he said oh no. This one is really solid. Well made and sturdy. He is pleased as punch and puts it out to hang every day in front of our house.

Ee purchased a flag pole when we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. We loved it but a bad high wind event bent the pole.
I reached out and asked what we could do to fix the bend. This great company sent is a new flag pole within one week! Now out flag is flying high and proud again!

I had to buy a new flagpole. I wish I had purchased a pole that would hold up better to the wind in my area. I had no idea this would be a problem. Also surprised no provision for a second flag. I also dislike having to attach my own flag clips to the rope.

Overall, very good experience. The product is good quality, installed as advertised and the ordering was easy. The tracking provided after order was prompt and accurate 10/10. Or in the case of 5 star max review, 5/5.

Not sure what happened to my first review, but I'm still pleased. My order was completed after a delay due to my option being back ordered. I was notified, given an option for a refund, but I opted for the order to be competed when the options were available. This happened fairly quickly and I am happy!

The tracking on my order was not available although it had been scanned. When I called customer service to report this they instructed me to allow another week.
When I still had not received the order they shipped it again and I was able to track it and the order arrived quickly!
This was an issue with the shipper but thanks to United States Flag Store I received my order.
Customer service was pleasant and easy to work with.

Not only was it easy ordering, but I am trusted that The United States flag store is using a different product for their flags. It reminds me of the time when I was in the United States Army and our flags were totally different than the cheap invitation ones that are made out of cloth. The vibrant colors in the flag are outstanding And very dominant.

I ordered a 17 foot flag pole and it arrived quickly. It had a flaw in the top of it and it had to be returned. I returned that one and they sent me another one that worked perfectly. The service was great and no problems with the exchange. It also was a great price as I checked the same flag pole other places and the one I ordered was a much better price. The staff was very nice and friendly. By the way this is the second flag pole I have ordered from this company. The flag poles are very heavy and have withstood some pretty heavy winds. Great company to deal with.

The flags are the size i was looking for the only down fall is they are not fasten very well to the wood pole if we get a 30 0r 40 mile win it rips the flag off I been running a bead of glue where the flag is fasten to the wood pole this seams to be holding up.

I received my Ukraine flad within several days of my order. The flag was assembled and quickly hung outside my house. I received many nice compliments from neighbors and passersby. Very happy I ordered from United States Flag Store.
