All is well. I ordered flags, a short time later I received my order. A small problem was resolved easily by phone and the order was accepted.

The tracking on my order was not available although it had been scanned. When I called customer service to report this they instructed me to allow another week.
When I still had not received the order they shipped it again and I was able to track it and the order arrived quickly!
This was an issue with the shipper but thanks to United States Flag Store I received my order.
Customer service was pleasant and easy to work with.
I will definitely continue to use this company.

The flags are the size i was looking for the only down fall is they are not fasten very well to the wood pole if we get a 30 0r 40 mile win it rips the flag off I been running a bead of glue where the flag is fasten to the wood pole this seams to be holding up.

Website was user friendly and creating the order was as well.

I ordered a 17 foot flag pole and it arrived quickly. It had a flaw in the top of it and it had to be returned. I returned that one and they sent me another one that worked perfectly. The service was great and no problems with the exchange. It also was a great price as I checked the same flag pole other places and the one I ordered was a much better price. The staff was very nice and friendly. By the way this is the second flag pole I have ordered from this company. The flag poles are very heavy and have withstood some pretty heavy winds. Great company to deal with.

I ordered a Canadian flag which arrived in a week or so and is a good quality flag. I was disappointed that when I ordered the only options were too add canvas or fringe. I could not get it with just grommets which is how I havee ordered all my other flags. This significantly increased the price for a design I did not want and which makes displaying it more difficult.

Ee purchased a flag pole when we moved into our home almost 5 years ago. We loved it but a bad high wind event bent the pole.
I reached out and asked what we could do to fix the bend. This great company sent is a new flag pole within one week! Now out flag is flying high and proud again!
