Perfect Family Portrait

The portrait I ordered is absolutely perfect, and came exactly 1 week after ordering. Overall it was a great time experience. I reached out to their customer service team before ordering for help with a different background and they got back to me within a few hours. We had a lot of fun arranging the family, and I liked that you can preview. Based on previous reviews, I didn't expect the canvas for a while, but it came 1 week later. Overall, great experience.

The writing on the mug is so tiny you cannot read what it says. Customer service sent a cold response. I wouldn't order anything from them if they offered it for free. The pictures in the ads look NOTHING like the real product.

I ordered 2 of the same product on accident. Didn't realize it until I received a text notification verifying my purchase. I then responded within 3 minutes saying I needed to modify my order, and that I accidentally ordered 2. I received no response. Then I emailed them saying the same thing. I got an email 8 hours later saying they couldnt refund me me for the duplicate product saying I didn't follow the 2 hours cancelation policy, or fall within the window. Which makes zero sense considering I did. Now since they're incompetent and don't even stick to their own policies I have to get my bank involved because I'm not letting them keep my damn money. The only product I wanted was $44.95 and they won't refund me the $55.95 extra for the other product I did not need. I Will never purchase from them again.

Not worth the wait…
December 27, 2021

I ordered my product on December 5th, it is December 27th and I still have not received my product. It has been over 3 weeks, and the product did not even make it to the post office for 2 weeks after I ordered! I ordered ONE coffee mug. Not worth the wait… go with a different website offering the same thing.

Very Disappointed
December 26, 2022

I purchased a Christmas ornament from Unifury. The ornament I received did not resemble the sample of the one on the website that I intended to order. In addition, the scale of the artwork was terrible. The size of the cat on the ornament was so small that you could hardly recognize it. I contacted customer service and they will not produce another one and they will not give me a refund. The ornament was very expensive as well. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Coffee cups
April 10, 2022

I Have ordered two coffee cups with my husb, me and my dogs and cats. The ones that passed used wings just awesome. I just received another coffee cup today with man, woman, 3 dogs with wings and 2 dogs living and they are beautiful. I am giving it to my friend on Easter and I know she will love it and will make her cry thank you Unifury such quality items!

Had a problem with order and needed it shipped to different address. Customer service not available by phone so only option was email. Sent generic responses saying once it's shipped there was nothing they could do. I spoke to post office who said it had not even been delivered to them yet. I reached out via several emails and continued to receive generic responses that proved they had not even read my emails. Furthermore emails were sent in the middle of the night so there was no option to respond during business hours. Terrible customer service and would not order from them again.

Phony tracking number?

I placed an order on 11/23 for 6 Christmas ornaments. On 11/25, my credit card was charged. On 11/27, I received an email telling me my items were shipping and I was provided with a shipping number. Then nothing! I tried calling several times only to get an answering machine. I left messages but no one called me back. Then I sent 3 emails. No response. Called my credit card company to establish a "dispute."

Apparently this is the normal business practice of this company. STRONGLY suggest that you NOT do business with them unless you want to give away your money and get nothing for it.

I ordered a large size mugged with three animals. The images were small and no preview of the item is available. When I received the mug, the image was the size they use on their smaller sized mug--mine looked cheap and the image was too narrow. One of the German Shepherds looked like a retriever. They had me send a picture, and said it matched their website. They refused my request for a refund, but said they would love to help me in the future. "Cheers!"@$26 per mug, a total rip off.

The customer service is terrible. I placed my order almost two weeks ago. I've received three emails asking me to confirm my order before shipping. I've confirmed my order three times, now past the dead line they won't be sending anything until after christmas and are not refunding me. They basically had me pay for a product they never sent and won't refund me. Contacting customer service is almost impossible. Save yourself and choose a real business to work with. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered a Christmas ornament in mid October and received an email that the order was ready to be shipped on October 26. It is now December 1 and the item has not been received. There is no further update on their tracking, and they have not responded to two separate emails I have sent requesting verification of the shipment. Very frustrating as this item was ordered well in advance of Christmas.

Long time to deliver
August 12, 2020

Took over a month to receive my product. This is not a US based operation as item is shipped by DHL, indicating it is shipped internationally. If you don't mind waiting, in other words not a gift that you need by a certain date, then the products they sell are average in quality.

I guess I lucked out eight times. I have made eight orders from unifury.com. I have ordered six pillows and 2 mugs.
The personalization is fantastic. The pictures look just like the real people and everyone absolutely adored their gifts.
I will say that there is no phone number that you can call to talk to anybody. However they did answer every one of my emails within two days. When I asked for a preview that they did not include on the website they did send me a preview. Most of the time the preview was right there when I ordered.
There were delivery issues twice and what I ordered did come late but it came.
They always apologized.
I adore these gifts that I bought and I would keep buying from them. I cannot imagine what happened with all of the other people who ordered and didn't get their product.
Pictured is an anniversary gift to my husband.

I love my pillow

I'm glad I didn't see these reviews before I ordered or I may have missed out. Ordered two pillows for gifts and they are adorable. I love them. Did not take long to get at all even during COVD with a caution that it might take longer. Everything they respresented. I give 5 stars and hope this helps their average.

I ordered a star ornament on 12/1/20 and received it on 12/21/20. The image is cute, but it is printed on the star so that the hole to hang it on the Christmas tree is on a side point rather than on the top as it should be. I have attempted three times to to return a/o exchange the ornament. Unfury will not even acknowledge the problem never mind offer to reprint the ornament or refund my money. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Next step I make a claim with my bank and stop the nonsense!

I ordered three ornaments, and two were incorrect. I initially asked for replacements. When that didn't work, I asked for a refund. I haven't heard from customer service since requesting a refund.
