I ordered three ornaments, and two were incorrect. I initially asked for replacements. When that didn't work, I asked for a refund. I haven't heard from customer service since requesting a refund.
I ordered a coffee mug a month ago and did not receive it. I have called and left a message 5 times, not response. I have emailed 6 times no response. I have a tracking number that goes no where. This is not a repeatable company.
I ordered a total of 6 items from Unifury. I received 4 items in 3 shipments and was happy with the items I received. However, two items I ordered in October had still not arrived in December. I repeatedly asked them to return the $55.80 they charged me for the missing items, and they refuse. They just continue to ask me to send them pictures of the items I did receive. I have given them as gifts and can not take pictures. They have a list on their website of every item I ordered and should be fully aware of the two mugs I did not receive. I have sent 5 emails asking for a refund of my money for the mugs I have not received. I will never order from them again. They stole $55.80 from me.
This company has no USA presence, only a UPS drop box storefront in California. No employees to get slowed by COVID. Got billed 4 weeks ago on my MC in China, and the product not shipped from China yet. So we are cancelling with MC and they can deal with this scam. Google their address and you'll see the storefront.
I live in Arizona and my order is coming from California. My order was placed on December 4th and today is December 18th. Tracking said it was in transit on December 8th and I still have not received it. They are blaming COVID-19. There's no way to contact them except through a Contact Form of which I have submitted twice and have not received a response. I'm doubting now if I will receive my order. Very poor customer service! Will not purchase anything from them again!
Ordered last week and was given a confirmation. Also checked to see I was charged and they have the $50. Tried to say I never ordered anything. Choose another company. PLEASE!
It took them over 2 weeks to ship my canvas, what worries me is that I received no notification during the process. However, the canvas is perfect, I love it.
This company lacks in any customer service no responses of any sort over % weeks later still waiting for order and no contact from this company, Avoid this company
I have gray hair and I thought it looked blonde on the cup. 3rd world problem. They offered to fix it but I declined and then gave me a 30% discount on future order.

I understand delays, but I ordered ornaments a month ago on November 12th, knowing it could take a few weeks, which was fine because I did not need until December 25th. However, after 11/24, stopped getting shipping updates, and the item is currently lost in transit. Unifury ruled it as lost now (4 days after I put in request for help), and can either only refund or replace (but not in Time for christmas). I also got offered a coupon for my next order but WHY WOULD I EVEN ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. I emailed back with no response. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail (is it just one phone?). I am not even sure what this company is. Says they are in UK. But I am suspect. I am beyond frustrated at this point as I now have no option to get a replacement in time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Wish I saw this site before I ordered from this company. They also inflate their own ratings on their site so do not be fooled. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
I never received my item. Thank god I didn't order anything else. This is a scam. Do not waste your money.
Ordered an ornament and artwork is sooo poor that can't distinguish names or individuals and names. Try to contact and they say "due to COVID they can't take calls or voicemails." Don't order!
Ordering was easy had it shipped direct. Turned out great, easy no hassle.
