I agree with those reviews above. I call and call and get no answer. And nobody sends an active reply on email.
Very difficult to get ahold of customer service. No one ever answered the phone.
Difficult. By email. They just send the exact same response over and over, no matter what you say.
Impossible to reach. Emails not answered. Phones not answered. Voicemail is full.
