I read the reviews before I ordered and I was a little concerned about the amount of negative reviews. However, this company offered a product that I couldn't find elsewhere so I decided to take the chance. I ordered a personalized 18x20 canvas wall print and it arrived in a little over a week and EXCEEDED my expectations!

Because I found the ordering process somewhat confusing, I wrote the name of one dog twice and omitted another dog. I corrected it too late, but struck a deal for a second (corrected) print.

The personalized ornament order fit in the parameters on the site. It came & the names run together
I ordered a Christmas ornament in mid October and received an email that the order was ready to be shipped on October 26. It is now December 1 and the item has not been received. There is no further update on their tracking, and they have not responded to two separate emails I have sent requesting verification of the shipment. Very frustrating as this item was ordered well in advance of Christmas.
The mug I sent to my friend was poorly packaged and arrived broken in several places. The same thing happened to one I sent to another friend. I will say the mugs themselves are beautiful and Unifury very graciously sends a replacement. However, their breakage rate is unacceptable and the company should use a more secure packaging method.

I purchased multiple customized cups and only one of the items looked defective with very blurry unclear print and looked completely different from others. I complained to the customer service but they made a stupid excuse just like printing on the cups is difficult and don't always come out clearly etc and didn't replace to the clear ones. That stupid cup costs almost $30 and they are not professional enough to make sure all of their products are not defective before they shipped and never replaced to the new one.
Additionally, took almost 1 month for shipping and didnt send the shipping notification. (Actually got shipping notification after I received the products).

I ordered 5 Christmas ornaments from Unifury's facebook ad. I have learned a lesson about ordering from a company that I don't know. I DID receive my order on time, but the quality of the print on the ornament was not anything like the computer proof. I have tried to communicate with customer service and got a text wanting to know how they can help, but can not get any where past this this. I can't imagine how they stay in business if this is the way they deal with their customers and produce such bad products. I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money on such poor quality items. Beware - don't buy from this company!
I believe this company is fake an never delivers the product ordered. I placed an order for 5 custom ornaments on 11/23/20. I received notification that the ornaments shipped via USPS along with a tracking number on 11/27/20. USPS does not recognize the tracking number and has no record of any package. Unifury has not responded to my emails or phone messages. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself some heartache and order from a different company.
I ordered three Christmas ornaments on November 16 and did not receive them! A shipping label was created awaiting shipment on November 20 and as of today, December 7, items are supposedly still awaiting pickup at a facility in California. I payed through Paypal and the items have been reported as shipped to them. However, tracking info with USPS still shows they have not been shipped. Three emails have gone unanswered and the phones are not answered - voicemail full. Very poor customer service!
I bought an ornament around November 12th. Tracking info shows it was mailed around 11/16. Guess what! I have not received it. I have emailed, left voice mails, etc for the last week & have not heard anything. I will never get my money back from them. This company could be in China for all I know! Please do not waste your time & money!
Placed order on 11/24/2020. Was sent tracking # 2weeks later. No such tracking #. Called and does not accept calls or voicemails. Went to website. Filled out contact form after 2 weeks still no reply.
Delays are okay. Lying is not okay!
I ordered Nov 26th. Received notification my package was shipped on Nov 28th. When I didn't hear anything else I reached out to them on facebook since no one answers the phone. I was again told my order has shipped already.
Feeling done with it all and not receiving any further updates from them despite sending multiple messages, I disputed the PayPal transaction. They just sent me an email that my order is still in production. I just want my order canceled and my money back.
I ordered and paid for pillow and then received an email with an account # noting that my shipment would be late. When I tried to track the shipment, their site said that there was no record of that email or account. My emails went unanswered. THIS IS A SCAM.
Answer: I agree with those reviews above. I call and call and get no answer. And nobody sends an active reply on email.
