I ordered 2 of the same product on accident. Didn't realize it until I received a text notification verifying my purchase. I then responded within 3 minutes saying I needed to modify my order, and that I accidentally ordered 2. I received no response. Then I emailed them saying the same thing. I got an email 8 hours later saying they couldnt refund me me for the duplicate product saying I didn't follow the 2 hours cancelation policy, or fall within the window. Which makes zero sense considering I did. Now since they're incompetent and don't even stick to their own policies I have to get my bank involved because I'm not letting them keep my damn money. The only product I wanted was $44.95 and they won't refund me the $55.95 extra for the other product I did not need. I Will never purchase from them again.
