I absolutely love the lightsabers; the price is decent and they're very realistic. The only issue I have is that the colored disk that are for the white or silver blades are dull in color. They're not as vibrant as a one colored saber. Other than that, they're just awesome! As soon as I can, I'll be ordering more. It's official I'm hooked.
I placed my order on 18th March and did not hear anything back from ultrasabers for about a month, I had sent several emails and tried to contact them via Facebook messenger however instead of communicating with me like a human I sent them my order number and they told me that my order had been dispatched. There needs to be more communication between seller and buyer because I was completely in the dark about my order, it sat on 'processing' for over a month and I didn't receive any form of update disputes asking several times. Had this been my own order and not a gift I would have cancelled, you make great lightsabers but terrible customer service.
You got one (#*******) of my orders wrong. The "Dark Sentinel v5" was supposed to come with the 32" blade and NOT 36". The blade was supposed to be heavy grade. Whatever I got is not heavy grade. I tried to remove the blade with your hex key. It stripped the screw. I email Brent but he never replied. I will take the hilt to Ace Hardware to get this fixed. I'm afraid to send this back to you because I will never get it back. I tried to call you folks many times but no one ever picked up the phone. I have spent a lot of money but you provide no service.
ORDER #******* is just a 24" heavy grade blade. When am I going to get this? Don't tell me that it will take 4 weeks.
They Never Shipped My Order, they never replied to any of my messages or emails. I had to file a paypal dispute and they still did not respond and I eventually got my money back from Paypal on the last date of the dispute.
This is a shady company that is trying to scrape money from us and hold on to it as long as possible.
Payment was promptly taken but product took over two months to receive. Took forever just to get company to respond to inquiries. I realize it's amidst a pandemic but then stop selling and over promising. Would not do business with again.
My order had the wrong color and I am unable to contact ultra sabers. I am aware of there 3 day return policy and they also sate that you may not return anything without email confirmation. the color choses costed 20 dollars more (40 because 2 blades had the wrong color)
Emailed multiple times without ever there being a response.
I don't mind the long wait, but I would've loved answers, I got more answers from the forum than the official site/silent customer service on order-backlogs.
I bought a mystery Saber with a stand and they didn't send the stand and Ive sent about 15 emails asking for it and they just don't reply! Go to saberforge! Or kyberlight. These guys suck!
The sabers are great. The lack of communication, their reluctance to update their website to the correct lead time and the inability to contact anyone at Ultra Sabers has ruined this experience. They have a BBB rating of F and bc of the lack of customer service, they deserve it. The product they offer is great but the lack of transparency is a huge issue.

While I believe you have great quality, I question the fact that shipping takes much longer than expected and I had paid more for it to come in 2 days for an event and it did not come in time nor has it came since. Despite my efforts to contact someone, I have yet to receive and help from your staff.
I ordered a saber in April and in September its still processing with no updates. We sent an email in July and they have yet to respond and we've sent multiple emails trying to cancel our order and they have yet to respond to us. Worst service I've ever received, use any other website for custom sabers.
Within 2 weeks the product failed. The saber shuts down, sound and light. Slow customer service to report and fix the issue. Sent it back for repair. The note from the tech said it was my fault and to leave the Velcro on the batteries. I did not access the batteries until after it had failed. And I very securely taped the batteries in.
Essentially, they changed the batteries (again) and put Velcro on the battery pack.
I turned on the lightsaber, hit the blade a couple times (light to medium impacts) and it shut down again.
It's been 6 days since receiving the hilt back and emailing them to let them know the issue wasn't fixed. The company has been unresponsive.
Customer service was nonexistent and the quality of their blades are ok but their electronics are horrible. They don't have anything to protect their electronics, and for the amount they charge, you'd expect better quality rather than everything hanging by literally just a wire.
The box arrived pre-opened, it was cut at the bottom and I did not receive any of the extras I ordered for it as well. No stand. No Blade plug. And the light flickers off constantly.
The saber that I got has had issues since the day of delivery. I noticed from the beginning that when you shake the saber hilt that there is something loose bouncing like crazy inside the saber hilt. Also approximately a week after saber use the blue light in it went out so now it only lights up during the flash on clash. So basically I just have a very broken over priced flash light with a blown bulb that flashes. I am so disappointed. Another issue is that this saber is not as loud as my obsidian lite soundboard I have on my original saber. The soundboard on this one is more expensive than he Obsidian lite. This is my second saber and so far it is by far the worst and most likely going to be the last. I demand a refund for this product!
Placed an order for my son who wanted a lightsaber with some Christmas money and savings he had. Tried to be patient and sent an inquiry two weeks after ordering and got an automated response asking me to be patient. I have, but that only goes so far.
Yesterday I received another automated email asking for my feedback. I reached out again with no response and I have still not heard back from them in regards to my order: It's said "processing" when I log on to their website since the moment I placed my order. So this is my feedback... if they wanted something more positive, they should fill orders before spamming my inbox.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. If you're not sure and looking for the review that will turn you off about this this is the one. I've bought 2 sabers from this site and it's been the greatest struggle just getting them. The first one after reading many reviews about the fast shipping I was excited to get it after their 3-4 week "pandemic" grace period it's not here. Hit them up and apparently it's out of stock however the site says it's available and even shows when some sabers are out of stock. Ok it's 2 months later I finally receive it only for my order to get screwed up and somehow ordered a stunt saber by accident. I would also like to point out that these people hold no accountability for mistakes made by either side. So sending this item back they request $15 for shipping and yet somehow they are trying to charge me $30 and on top of that I had to pay another $12 at the post office to send it to them so there goes $40 just to ship it there and back to myself? 4 months I waited trying to at least get some sort of discount for the ridiculous amount of time waiting for this. Oh if you wanna return your saber they have a policy which will hold 10% of your refund so you basically have no choice but to buy something else even if like me you're unsatisfied by the purchase. Saber number 2 I'm still waiting for. Now I said earlier about how the saber says it's available even though it wasn't same situation here except it's and even longer wait. After waiting 6 weeks I ask where it's at and apparently it's unavailable. It won't be in stock for 3 more months. Now I've asked them to make sure they do a proper inventory and update their website so we're not spending hundreds of dollars on something that's not in stock and it's been 2-3 weeks since then and they still haven't updated their website. I tried asking for a small refund due to the long wait due to their mistake of keeping their website up to date and I was met with only silence after the quick response I got when I asked where my saber was. These people don't $#*!ing care whatsoever and will tax the $#*! out of you. You will never get anything more than an automated email and don't waste your time calling cuz they NEVER answer the phone. I know I've called 20 times left my name and number and they won't call you back period because then they have to take responsibility. They don't understand customer service the way it is. I've worked in customer service for many years now and the one thing I've learned is when mistakes are made you have to pay for them whether it's a discount or a small refund you won't receive any of that here. So if you want a quality saber and are will to wait half the year for one like me look no further. However if you're not willing to wait months for a saber I urge you to take your money elsewhere cuz like I said at the beginning this has been the worst shopping experience ever. Don't know or understand the whole 3-4 week pandemic grace period cuz I can order something from Amazon and I get it within a week. Enough said
Light Saber was weeks late even though it was supposed be received by Christmas. When it arrived it looked great but sound was glitching. Recharging batteries was difficult and when put back together after charging, sound was barely audible. Contacted ultra sabers multiple times and still no response!
Badly machined hilt with sharp edges and aluminum shavings rattling around inside. Also one of the spare parts I ordered was wrong, even though the order showed the correct part number.
I waited 4 months, never received my order or any responses to my emails. Had to do a charge back through Paypal.
Customer service is absolute garbage, they never respond to emails, and when I called they picked up then hung up right away!
Never again ultra sabers, the delivery has not yet arrived. We'll wait until January, then we'll try to get the money back.
Shipping is decent since I live in Texas. The blades are decent quality. However, the customer service is non-existent. I was sent the wrong size blade. I put in a request on May 30th (it's now July 5). I haven't even been acknowledged yet.
You better hope you don't have any issues or you'll just have to live with it.
I have not received the saber yet, I followed the link provided in the email to say that but it was only a link to say received. That's confusing!! Have you shipped my order or not?
I placed the order in April and just got the order in July. I emailed them numerous times for an update on my order and nothing ever came. A birthday present for my son ruined. I am not happy at all.
Worst customer experience I have ever had. Originally estimated 1-3 days delivery. After three days I hear nothing so I send an email following up. No response. 23 days later I send another email asking about the order, and am quoted 4 total weeks. I wait for 6 total. I email them back. I get a canned response saying they "looked into it" and it didn't ship, but to give them some time to look into why. After two days I email them back asking what they have discovered. They are not some large conglomerate, it shouldn't be difficult to find one order if they have any database whatsoever. No response. Wait a week and email again. No response. I ask to Cancel the order. No response. I then issue a challenge to the purchase with my bank. After six days I get an email saying my hilt is "suddenly out of stock" and will need another 6 weeks. This company is atrocious. If they had been expecting ten weeks and quoted ten weeks it would have been fine, but this was absurd.

I hate having to go this route but perhaps it's the only way ultrasabers will respond to me. I received a broken ultra saber and I sent them an email minutes after it started smoking from the inside of the hilt. I recorded a video of it and sent it to them immediately. That was January 24th. I have sent subsequent emails and left messages on their phone and yet have not heard back from them. Maybe they will pay attention to a review. This is unacceptable that they will not respond to a customer that was sent a broken product. Would not recommend this business due to less than poor customer service.
Simply put, we make awesome lightsabers. The bottom line to Ultra Sabers is quality of product, affordability, and superb customer service.
