Its been 4 months for us
Will not respond to emails. Call or message so frustrating. This was birthday gift for my sons 16th

Good luck. Keep pestering them you will get one eventually.

Ultrasabers usually takes at least 3 weeks to ship an order.

Due to the increase in sales, the response will be late since they are quite busy with the orders. It takes up to 4 weeks for the order to be completed. If you go to the My Account tab and click on Orders, it will tell you the status of your order. It will either say Processing, or Completed. I tell people to not ask them for updates because it can slow down the progress of the orders. All I can say is be patient.

Really, I emailed them once, and it had been 2 weeks since my order. They emailed me back and said it would take 4 weeks. It actually got here a little over 3 weeks. May the force be with you, and patience.
