We had a lot of issues with what we ordered and not being told in a timely manner that some of the parts we wanted were back ordered. We did change them and they were willing to do that which was nice. Once it shipped it arrived in a timely manner but the whole process took over 2 months which is ridiculous.
I did receive both my light sabers. But i did not receive my free coupon code stuff or a $35 coupler. Other than that, it was good.
The delivery time was a couple of weeks later that stated on the site, but that's to be expected due to current circumstances. Advice to those ordering anything to the EU or UK is to manage your own import tax, not to do it through fed-ex. They may be quicker but they add extra charges on top of import that aren't part of the original agreed shipping costs (this is NOT Ultrasabers' fault, but just worth mentioning as it cost me £12 extra). But the saber was well packaged and arrived with no damage.
I cannot judge their customer service as I personally had no issue or needed to contact them.
The saber itself is amazing, love how bright the colour is! I can easily see it's colour during the day. The hilt is really sturdy and a great base for anyone who wants to customise it further. I recommend with caution as many reviews have had very different experiences. Be patient and don't use fed-ex, the end result is worth it.

These were my first sabers that Iv ever purchased, and i can say I was not disappointed. Very, very bright, especially at night, and the blades and hilts are extremely durable. The battery holder on the interior could maybe be a little more durable though, because after dropping the saber, the holder broke so the saber now longer receives power from the batteries. Overall, 7/10.
The best quality sabers and parts on the market
My son loved his saber and I ordered 2 more today. I requested updates on the order 4 times, via email, with no response. I know they were back logged, but a return email to let me know it was in process would have been nice. The product is awesome but the customer response needs improvement.
My lightsaber is really good quality but it took nearly 2 months to arrive. The lightsaber itself is really cool and fun to mess around with but if you were going to get one get it but a heads up on delivery time.
The products are amazing, just it took 8 weeks to get here, and when I contacted UltraSabers they did not answer, I love the product I got though, totally worth the wait
Couldn't get ahold of anyone at ultrasabers when I had questions but it finally came and I couldn't be happier.
You need to speed up your customer service hire more people for customer service

Customer Service communicated with me continuously to help me fulfill my order and make sure everything was perfect. Sabers arrived in flawless condition! Great quality! Just amazing! This order took 2 1/2 months to receive. Tried calling customer service but nothing, sent an email nothing. Then all the sudden it arrives 2 1/2 months later. Haven't tried the product as I am out of town, another problem, I can only hope when I return it works.
Despite a few people saying they had a problem with their order, I received my first order with no issues. The saber was in pristine condition and worked perfectly. I'm eager and patiently waiting to receive my other orders.
