I've been waiting two months for my lightsabers. Theyve never shipped. Now your telling me theyve been delivered? They're still processing on the website. I've sent several emails about the condition of my order only to be told I'd be updated and then never receive an actual update. Now I get an email saying my saber has arrived at my house? No. This is incredibly unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I had a few problems with the website in terms of getting updates of the status of my saber and extra saber parts. When it came to shipping, I got an email saying my order has been shipped. I was confused because I didn't receive any previous emails regarding my saber. The actual shipping process was fast and I was able to track my saber. It only took 20 days after I placed my order online to receive my saber. For the extra saber parts, I ordered two blade plugs. I received damaged and defective plugs. One was shorter than the other and they were covered in scratches. The overall experience was good and the saber is amazing and crafted amazingly. In the end I would recommend ordering from Ultrasabers and continue to order from them!

The first two sabers I ordered from here came in about 2 weeks. Which was perfect! Don't get me wrong either, the sabers are beautiful. However after about a month one of them stopped working, after emailing customer support I heard nothing. So after about 2 months of waiting and emailing I decided to check the forums instead and posted there. The people on the forum are way more useful than the customer service. Turns out it was just a battery that was faulty. So I ordered 2 batteries from them. It took me over a month to receive these 2 batteries and they came without any email that my order had been processed or was out for shipping. That was very frustrating for me and makes me really doubt I will order again from here.
Been a huge Star Wars fan all my life! And getting a saber from UltraSaber is a huge step towards my Star Wars Original Cosplay!
The lightsaber showed up after two months of waiting and it was perfect. My son loved it. However, after a month of waiting I had still not received an order confirmation so I sent an email. In all I sent about 8 emails and called 3 times (in which no one ever answered or responded.) finally out of the blue I got a shipment notification and the lightsaber showed up a week later. Great quality lightsaber but again terrible customer service.

First of all the lightsaber was Great, our son Loves it. As for the timeframe it was frustrating but we understood because of COVID circumstances, but the lack of communication, being informed of our purchase and lack of responses to emails is what NEEDS to be seriously addressed.
Took a long time to show up and I did not hear back when I sent in an inquiry on when I could expect it to come. When it did arrive the product was excellent however, so I will recommend it to others.
It was pretty fast (1 month,) and the saber was good quality, and will last me for a while. I would like to purchase another soon. Overall, if you are tired of this flimsy, Wally World, child's play toys, buy an Ultrasaber.
So i waited 3 months for this lightsaber. Do i mind it at all? No. What i do mind is the fact i get no communication with ultrasaber. The lightsabers are beautiful, so well built. But you guys have to work on emails or phone calls or even your facebook messages. I am satisfied with the sabers, not the customer service
It wasn't super spendy especially since I got free shipping, so that was nice. I also enjoyed the saber itself because it's strong enough to fuel my sibling with. I enjoyed buying and will probably buy again
