The saber looks great, but after about a week or would shut off when I tried to use the red color button, and a couple days after that it shuts off no matter which color button I use.
One came with the speaker wire ripped off the speaker. One came so corroded inside it wouldn't work. One broke after the first time it was played with. Waste of money.
I'm quite happy with the products! I will be buying more sometime in the future

I own a really expensive $700+ Saber and own it as a memento mori. You could gamble with that money, spend it on low desires, spend it on equipment and utilities to get yourself into trouble, from the subtle to the insane.*cough* *weapons* *cough*... I enjoy simply owning this glowing stick. And, the ability to show people how you feel that day, like a mood ring. You can swing it around and swordfight with your ma's' plastic broom (not recommended lol) or fight with another saber owner for fun. This toy is really slept on. The aluminum chassis for the whole setup really gives it the feel that everyone looks for in these purchases, i'll chill down the entire sword to about 60 degrees, then rush outside in 90 degree night and the condensation from the cold room on the hilt and sabee gives Episode 2 of my Diamond Saber a really authentic feeling and look. Good conversation starter/holder/maintainer, these things. I'd suppose there was this feeling I had when I was a kid, and when two would simply throw a ball of whatever size back and forth and speak on the day, only to be closer by the end...yeah, I'd say this saber brought that back in my family for just a twinkle in time.
Don't get me wrong I know COVID has been kicking every businesses butt but I waited 10 weeks when I was quoted 4 and when I emailed I didn't get a response for 2 weeks, then I got told I could cancel, no I'm sorry no how can we make this right just hey you can cancel and we keep 20%. Then I got an email saying my hilt choice wasn't available and that I could change it and get the saber faster. That was at the 9 week mark. I said ok let's change it. A week later I got it. It's beautifully made. Sturdy and the battery charger you can upgrade to is amazing. But I waited 10 weeks, spent $150. If I would have been told at the 4 week mark it would be 8-10 weeks I would have been fine but to ignore me for 2 solid weeks. That's just wrong.
Took longer then promised on website, could not contact customer service when asking why the long delay.

Shopping experience is nice but the customer Service could be a little bit better in my honest opinion. Response time is really long. Took almost a month to reply to my email about missing an item.
This is my second order from ultra sabers. The quality is fantastic, but be sure to leave a couple of months head way. So if you want something for a December birthday, order it in September.
Other than the extra month production time I'm exceedingly happy, my saber is perfect and now that it seems that you have gotten your customer service stuff under control I will hopefully be placing another order very soon, my wife going to need lightsaber after all.
Well they forgot to install or include my belt clip and covertech wheel and I ordered them installed. The hole was drilled and ready for it but not installed.
Super impressed with quality of product. Customer service was lacking. Website states 3-4 week lead time. I waited just shy of 7 weeks. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a email about the hold up. I understand the May the 4th promotion put them behind but some communication about that would have been nice. I will definitely buy again.
There is a huge variety of lightsabers to choose from, and a large variety of modifications that can be made to the lightsaber. Placing an order is very easy and doesn't take too much time either.

I bought a saber as a gift for a friend, and when it came in the mail we were blown away by the quality of it. The red shines very bright, the hilt is ergonomic and has a good heft to it. She immediately had plans to buy a second and make a saberstaff. A word of warning however: I purchased one for myself with an orange blade, and it is not nearly as impressive, despite paying the extra money for the triple LED version. For my next saber, I plan to stick to the more classic colors
The customer service was a great help and when they said they would get my lightsaber our to me as fast as they could they weren't kidding
I ordered two grab bag sabers because I wanted to choose the color and they are so amazing! They came packaged really nicely and work right out of the box. Best sabers for the money!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
