I myself love my new saber, while the processing did take longer than estimated, I already expected a delay with recent events. Now I haven't had any chance to test the strength of the blade, but the brightness and colors are AMAZING, even through the material of the heavy-duty blade. So far my overall experience was very entertaining and wholesome, had some neighbors come out and check it out as well as a few kids who were in awe. (The pic was to show a friend the new saber)
My quick release coupler took too long considering that it was a lightsaber part which I assumed would take less time, other than that i have some faith in Ultrasabers that hopefully they'll get back on track despite the pandemic
I ordered a Specter saber from Ultrasabers and within the specified time I received it, it is a fantastic piece for the collection.
Had a bit a bump during shipping but Ultrasabers took care of everything, and my lightsaber is gorgeous, I love. It's loud and bright, it was crafted so well. A+

I ordered my saber on may 12 and I haven't gotten any updates since and it's been two months and I'm just upset and the communication between me and customer service is almost non existent and I've contacted them three times in the last week
Amazing experience especially considering everything with Covid
I ordered my sabers almost two months ago when they told me the shipping time should be about 15 - 20 days. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times only to get no response for over a month. I only received the sabers after contacting my bank and getting them involved. Sabers are cool, I expected some apology to come with it though since there was NO communication.
It was incredibly easy to order my Ultrasaber! I had no issues with my order, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the product itself is great quality! I would highly recommend ordering from Ultrasabers.

When I put in my order, I didn't know when the product was coming so when I emailed customer service to ask, I never got a response back. I tried emailing both customer service and the shipping email, but never got a response back either time. I finally got my order a month ad a half later.
Fantastic service! Only issue was I never received a shipping confirmation email, I had to log in to my account to view tracking info and find out if my order had shipped.
Great saber but it took nearly two months to arrive :(
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
