Everything was excellent. I have two sabers now, and love them both. They are expertly-made!
The only even minor complaint is that I did contact customer service with a question about my first order and had hoped it would get answered before I placed my second order. Alas, it was not answered; however, I ordered again anyway. I get that times are a bit different w COVID and all that, and I saw there was an email about there being a staff switch-up cuz of some issues, so I'm not at all bothered or offended by the non-response.
The quality of products is excellent! I will be ordering again!

Ordered a double-bladed saber in early May, and still have not received my order. Sent an email about 3 weeks after placing the order, and was told to wait another week. 3 weeks after this, sent another email with no reply, and I have been given no explanations to why it has not arrived. I would suggest looking elsewhere for shopping or find a reason for their shipping delays.
I ordered two sabers and the blades were scuffed up straight out of the box. It took far longer than the website stated for delivery and items were missing from my order. I reached out to customer service numerous times with no response to emails or phone calls. This company is a joke, I have no idea how they have such rave reviews. I'll never shop with Ultra Sabers again.

I guess the title of this says it all. I placed my order thinking it would take awhile to get to me, which was fine I know that it can take some time, but it got to me in less than two weeks. The lightsaber itself was exactly what I wanted. It's bright, fairly lightweight (I'm not exactly the strongest person), and the sound is awesome. The only issue I had was that the part that allowed for a belt clip was in the back instead of the side where I wanted it, but that doesn't bother me too much.
It took 2 months due to Covid-19, but I am very pleased with the lightsabers. Hopefully when the pandemic is over I will definitely order more. Thank you everyone at Ultrasabers for what you do.
I've ordered two sabers from here so far, the first was great. The second, I was a bit disappointed. It came slightly damaged, the av switch was loose, hanging out of the hilt. The sound, most likely the speaker was damaged some way, as the sound was crackly/staticky. I sent two emails to try to resolve the issue but never received a response. I know the products are good, as evidenced by my first saber, but I wish customer service could respond more efficiently.
The Saber is phenomenal! Both the handle and the color of the blade. I will in all likelihood buy another in the future, perhaps a curved handle like Dooku's.
I ordered my lightsaber during the May 4th sale and it took 8 weeks to be shipped. I contacted customer service three times and never received an answer. After 8 weeks I requested a refund by PayPal and and all of the sudden my order was shipped the next day... It arrived after 4 days and at first everything seemed fine until I wanted to change the batteries. The battery port was so jammed in there that it wouldn't even budge a millimeter. I still haven't been able to remove it. I contacted customer service again but I haven't gotten a reply yet and probably never will.
Overall a good experience. Lead time was 3-4 weeks but it took 8 weeks before it was shipped. Husband is pleased with the final product.
Once again you delivered a great product! However, the extremely long lead time (over 5 weeks) and the lack of communication about why there was such a long lead time was troubling.
Overall I had a nice experience with ultrasabers. I ordered the mystery box $75 option and got an initiate v3 with a 32 inch blade. The material is very sturdy and extremely well made! It feels like it can take quiet a beating and not get damaged at all. Overall very happy with my purchase.
I order my ultra Sabers fallen lightsaber and I was so exited but it totally forgot to order the parts. So later I ordered the parts and they work really well but it took a pretty long time to come. On some of the other orders we did we had to contact costumer service and they were very good. Overall I think that ultra Sabers is a really good website with high quality parts that don't brake in combat and I fight with them and they work well.
I understand why it took so long but I wasnt notified it would take over 2 months.

I ordered the saber for my husband for his birthday. (He picked it out and had it up on the site ready for me to order) This was in May in the middle of lockdown from COVID. Shipping took a little bit longer than normal but when he got his saber, he was over the moon! Everything was exactly what he had hoped for. The sound chip is nice and loud. Lots of different sounds as well. The blade is super bright. You can almost use it as a flashlight. If you are looking for a customized saber, they are the way to go!
Customer service is absolute garbage, they never respond to emails, and when I called they picked up then hung up right away!

I ordered 2 mystery boxes on mother day [May 10th] there was a notice that was emailed out saying that because of business from the last movie that there was a 4 week processing delay. I figured this must be normal as they're building the sabers and didn't think much of it. June 10th I sent out an email asking about my order to which I was told that there was a 4 week delay. When I tried to tell them that I had already waited 4 weeks and was wondering if they were implying there was another 4 week delay I received no response.
At the 7 week mark I placed a request for a refund with amazon [which is how I paid thank god] I quickly got an email saying that if I wanted to do it there would be a 20% restock fee. Which is a little insane considering I ordered mystery boxes. I told them this and they asked me to wait 2 more weeks and if I still didn't get it they'd look into it.
I received the sabers July 8th, almost 2 whole months after I ordered. If you're going to order form this company, accept that it'll be at least 2 months minimum before you receive your product. If this isn't a problem then... go for it...
But there are other options out there, just saying.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
