Ordered in January, received my order in April (9 weeks later). Neither of the 2 sabers I ordered were correct or complete, and upgrades I had paid extra for were not included or installed. I have been emailing customer support for over 3 months trying to get even a response (other than the automated "thank you for your patience" replies) with no luck. I cannot recommend against ordering from this company enough.

My saber is gorgeous but it took almost 2 months to be sent. I tried contacting Ultrasaber to get any kind of update to no response. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my product.
I really like the product but there were no updates on how close it was to being completed until it was done. The suggested lead time was 3-4 weeks and it was 8 weeks until it came.
My saver didn't ship out till like a week after the expected delivery date which was a month after I ordered it. I did try to contact you guys a multiple emails and I only received a email back about 3 weeks after I sent the email which meant I head already actually got the saber...
Overpriced electronics, unethical business practices, and long wait times. You are much better off shopping at any other site.

Underwhelming
I did the grab bag and since you all where so busy I feel like they just threw something in there. I was seeing if this was where I wanted to spend a good chunk of money and build one. I still probably will because I am such a fan of star wars. But now torn between. Ultra sabers and a second company that shows the crystal.
I love it so much! Only complaint is that the saber blade is slightly crooked but that's hardly noticeable.

Well I ordered my saber on May 6th and did not receive it until July 6th. When I finally got the saber, I opened the box and it was bent. I have tried to email ultrasabers to see if there is anything they can do to help me, but I have yet to hear back.
My saber arrived faster than I expected (especially considering COVID-19... even if it had taken 4 months to get here I would have been okay) and when I opened the package it was pure joy. It's truly gorgeous and honestly beyond what I was expecting.
This is the first higher-end saber I've bought and I was really impressed with the weight and feel of the pommel/hilt. I got an Initiate LE v4 stunt saber in violet amethyst. It's sturdy and I'm not scared it's going to break, but isn't too heavy to twirl around and practice with. The only downside is that the sound terrifies my dog, but even practicing with the saber off or sound muffled feels really good.

We got a saber with the emerald color set up and have its default set up to have it pulse white and yellow. It's cool but we've found that the battery doesn't last long. Plan to hook it up to my pc and change the settings but keep putting it off because it's a pain to get it to connect. As the battery dies the yellow pulse shifts from yellow to orange to red to dead. When it first changed color we hooked it up to fix it (obviously later figuring out it was the battery) but it took multiple tries to get it to connect to the ultrasaber launcher.
TLDR; Looks great, battery does quick, connecting to pc to change settings is a struggle.
My only real problem with ultrasabers is their poor customer service. I do not mean the time everything took, which can be expected with all of the limitations caused by the coronavirus restrictions, i mean their general CS policies. I had accidentally selected the wrong shipping address, actually caused by their check out system automatically switching it since i had not used this credit card before, and did not notice till after check out (including the shipping cost). I contacted them immediately, 2 weeks later i finally got in contact with someone who eventually told me it would cost almost $40 to change the shipping address. I feel that such a simple change made on an order that was still processing at the time should not have cost anything. They were completely unwilling to even discuss it, simply told me the charge and after i refused my order was put back into the order queue. In short, their customer service needs some work. I would also wait a few months until the coronavirus restrictions are lifted before ordering anything, otherwise you will have a heck of a time even contacting them if needed.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
