Underwhelmed

I waited 2 long months (May 8th - July 10th 2020) just to receive the most cookie cutter saber out there from a $75 mystery box - the Aeon V3. The saber was green, but there was nothing else to be excited about. It was a stunt saber (no sound) and there is zero design to the hilt or color of any sort - just a silver hilt with a green saber - yippee! They also have very mediocre customer service. I emailed 3 times trying to get updates on lead time/when I could expect the saber to arrive. I got one response 3 weeks in and the rep said it would take 4 weeks lead time. I emailed again at 5 weeks, then 7 weeks. Nothing. Now it finally came and I can just picture them making hundreds of these same sabers to fill the mystery box orders they can't keep up with because of a pandemic. No wonder they are sold out of this type and a couple other $75 sabers on their website. Overall im disappointed it took so long to ship such a blah saber as I was expecting there to be some love or surprise involved in what I got. I'd be very very hesitant to buy from them again.

The 3-4 week lead time for fabrication is false advertising, and their customer service is non-existent. How badly they have been affected by coronavirus is not relevant, they are not communicating the delay issues they are having up front.

I purchased a saber, waited a month and then sent in a query about my order. Multiple calls and emails over the next 4 weeks were ignored.

Only when I began a chargeback process with PayPal did I receive the single communication I ever got from the company, stating that they would look into it and get back to me in 1-2 days.

They never got back to me, and now, 8 weeks after I ordered, they've obviously run out of time with Paypal, and I've received a refund.

This is not a legitimate company, it is a scam.

The lightsaber is great! The mystery box was a great deal for the price but what is the biggest con to this is that it took 3 months for the lightsaber to process and get delivered. Now i dont know if Covid had anything to do with the reason it took so long for it to process but itd be nice for a dislcaimer on the website

It's been 9 weeks

Still not received any email replies from the company. Was told that (despite their online store saying otherwise) the saber I purchased was out of stock and would 6-8 weeks to order in the parts. Fine, I can wait. It's been 9 weeks, heard nothing from them at all, despite numerous emails, including several emails to cancel a 2nd order made in error. After hearing how the owner treats his staff, I cannot in good conscience recommend this store, despite their designs being stylish.

Decent products, genuinely good quality

Decent products, genuinely good quality. I did get stung by customs though which I naively forgot about, so please bare this in mind if your in the UK and spending around 400+ dollars, your looking at another 80 quid two weeks afterwards

This was my first time buying from ultra sabers. I must say 'impressive, most impressive' I had to wait a little longer to get my saved due to the covid virus, but it was well worth the wait. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

The saber took way over the estimated time for fabrication, along with this there was virtually zero communication from customer service when i asked for estimates on when my order would be shipped or if they had even begun working on it

When finally deciding on buying a combat lightsaber, and watching reviews of companies online, Ultrasabers name kept popping up. I have bought four sabers from them so far and have never had a problem. And if I ever had any last minute changes, customer service was quick to help me with it. Thank you Ultrasabers.

Customer service needs to be addressed if I'm ever gonna do businesses here again. Products are fine and when it finally ships it got here quick. Telling people 3-4 weeks then taking over two months though with no communication is absurd. Don't mind waiting two months but be upfront about it.

The products are fantastic, I love my sabers. However the overall Customer service and Communication is severely lacking.

I made my order with the understanding that since I ordered products that were in stock that I would not have to wait the 3-4 weeks. When I asked about this I was given some information that didn't make sense to someone outside of the company. I was told there was 3-4 weeks lead time. To your customers, that could mean it's 3-4 weeks till we get the order or it could me 3-4 weeks added to the normal time it would take (which also was not clear). Overall I waited about 6-7 weeks for my order. This would not have been an issue if I was told it would be that long. I had a few correspondence with someone from your team but none of those correspondence gave me an ETA.

Had I been provided all the correct and relevant information about what to expect I would not have any complaints. Overall your products are great, I love how they look and feel. My Son and I have a lot of fun with them. I would absolutely order more in the future.
