Not ordering again from here. My last 4 emails not answered. Took 7 weeks to get my order for my son's birthday.
Had to contact better business bureau and start a claim with bank before you guys shipped me anything.
It took awile to get my saber but now that it is here i l'm happy with it.
7 weeks is way too long for a grab bag Saber, that Frankly was pretty plain. Just a silver metal tube basically. It took 4+ emails to get any meaningful response and then it was just "please be patient". Lead time is 2-4 weeks as per the website. Will not be purchasing from US again
Customer service is non existent.,. Placed order that had estimated arrival of 2-4 weeks and after 10 weeks still not a word. I have left 4 voicemails and 4 emails and still have not received a response. What good is a product of you never get it
I love how easy it was to customize the light saber, cant wait to bring this to a con next year! Only thing I suggest is to keep the total there while your customizing it so you know how much it is before check out
Firstly, I ordered my sabers in March. I had not received them into May, and when I went to check on the site I saw that Ultra Sabers was running a promo that said they would get sabers to customers within two weeks. So, two months later, I was wondering what was going on. Long story short, I had to contact them for them to speed up my order and things were great for a couple of weeks after I got my sabers.
But on June 15, I contacted Ultra Sabers about the one saber I purchased that had a sound board - it no longer lit up, nor had sound. I had checked all the basics, recharged the batteries, etc., to no avail. No response. Forwarded that message on June 19...no response. I just now e-mailed the messages back to them (July 9) and I am awaiting a response, but not holding my breath.
I bought 2 sabers that my son and I absolutely love! Took about 6 weeks, which was expected.

Overall experience was great. The only downside was that I received the incorrect balde plug. Otherwise amazing.
As we live in Australia, the shipping cost certainly add to the overall cost significantly, however it is of very good quality and the product itself is of a durable standard. My son loves it. His sister is envious!

Mystery bag success! I ordered during May the 4th sales, so it took awhile to finally get but best Covid depression buy ever. Once it shipped, I received it within a couple of days. Now I need one with sound.
The product was ordered May 8. Given the current situation with Covid-19, I expected some delay and received an email stating that there was a 3-4 week delay. After four weeks, I sent an email requesting informatation.
No response.
At 8 weeks I called Ultrasaber and the voicemail suggested I email *******@ultrasaber, rather than *******@ultrasaber. I did.
No response.
I was on the verge of cancelling my order when I received notification that it had been shipped. It arrived two days later. The product is amazing and was easy to order. I would have preferred a little more communication. All that was needed was a response telling me that the delay was longer than expected.
Would like for the right stuff to be sent to me soon but good products.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
