I wish it came in a little sooner but I was still pleased with the product. The hilt up to the pointed saber tip they're a good product
Love my saber! Got the premium sound version and I enjoy it. Sounds great, looks great! It took awhile to get it shipped, but when I got it, it was worth the wait.
It took a little longer than the first, but understandable with COVID. Great toy and my son loves it.
I was able to get the products at the appropriate time in which I paid for. I emailed customer service due to how one of the items on my order was not with the package. Thankfully they got back to me and I was able to get the rest of my Ofer delivered!
I screwed up and bought the wrong part. So when I bought other stuff from them and emailed customer service, they hooked me up with the correct one for free, and all I had to do was send back the other one. This company is amazing, the costumer service is awesome, and the detail on my saber is astounding! Love em! Processing does take longer than big sites like Amazon, but it is so worth it. Definitely buying from them again, and again.
My saber came in excellent condition, everything was great. The only thing is that when I checked out, lead time was 4-5 weeks and I got mine at week 8. Other than that everything was good.
I will order again.

I was pretty upset when it took 7 weeks to receive a product I was told would take 3-4 weeks to ship.
I'm still waiting for 4 more sabers I ordered on the 16th and 17th.
What's most upsetting is that you're advertising for and were taking preorders for new products when it's obvious that you have supply issues.
It turned out better than I expected, I love it!

Waited a little more than estimated. Was let down, because the lightsaber didn't have audio swings and strikes.
I was told it would be a 3-4 week lead time, but it didn't even ship until 7 weeks. I understand the virus must have you guys a little behind. However my emails inquiring about the delivery time were never responded to. I was also told in an email from "Brent from Ultrasabers" that if my mystery box contained a saber that had Li-Ion batteries that need to be charged, I would receive a charger with the saber. I did not. Quote:
"you will not need to buy a charger for your lightsaber. If you receive a saber with a Li-Ion Setup we will send a charger with your order." -Brent
The saber I received was the Electrum Wind, It looks and feels very nice, except that it came with a large scratch on the front and the batteries died, and I have no charger with which to charge them.
My order seemed to take forever to process but when it finally came I was very satisfied with the sabers I received. I ordered a grab bag and mystery box since I couldn't decide which saber I liked best.
Ultrasabers is a great company that has so many options to choose from! Great products!
I think that Ultrasabers is a great place to buy a lightsaber, you get to customize your own and choose however you like your lightsaber to be, but the processing and shipping takes a few weeks which can be annoying and have to be patient about it.
I found this purchase above my expectation. Although the only reason why I had to buy again was due to poor performance of a previous purchase which resulted in cross threading with the pommel. Which caused the end of that saber since it was part of a dual sided staff.
1st Saber. I was very pleased with the product. I knew it would take a little longer to get to me due to the pandemic. Thank you very much. Awesome Saber!
