My Saber is Great, just what I wanted and more, I Highly recommend their Product and more, Service is Exceptional and they Handled All My Requests!
I am happy with the product I received, it just took two months to receive it. Customer service was very helpful though.
The saber is awesome.
My only complaint is that it took 2 months to deliver and came several weeks after my sons' birthday.
Overall it was great but the wait was a lot over a month to get my saber but I understand why it was delayed
My kids love their sabers, I'll eventually get fancy violet one with sound, that's the goal!
The sabers took way longer then what i was quoted on ship and delivery time. I reached out a few times to customer service and only got a response once from the Facebook account.

Despite everything going on in 2020, I was able to get 2 Ultrasabers in the time of 7 weeks. That's pretty impressive when you think about everything they've had to deal with. High quality, no problems.

The saber is very nice with a few little issues such as loose light housing and a loose rim around the AV switch but other than that the delivery time and overall quality is amazing
I am very satisfied with the Sabers themselves. However. It took nearly 2 months to receive them. I also made several calls and emails to the company in regards to that shipping time and never heard back from anyone.
Very high-quality product. It does take a while to receive it, but given the order process I suspect these are all custom-builds... and it shows. I would have liked more detail and discussion on the various options available. You can certainly customize every aspect of your purchase, but I was left guessing in some areas as to which option I would really want on this my first purchase. I did not go awry with my choices.
It can take a little while to have products ready to ship but knowing a lot are custom made I don't have an issue with that. Once shipped they always arrive very quickly and in great condition!
