My lightsaber came with a 36 inch blade when i ordered a 32 in one, other than that I love it, the quality is great and the service is phenomenal.
I ordered the cheapest sabre for just a stunt as it's my first, my order did take a while but customer support did say they were very delayed, my only issue is if you live outside the US shipping can be expensive, I live in the UK and it cost me $33 just for shipping, however compared to other sabre company's this is defiantly the best and I can't wait to save up for a new one, very bright light aswell
My experience was great except when my color discs didn't come in but that was fine, and I would definitely shop here again!
I've placed my order May 8 2020 and it been 2 and a half months with reply and I've sent various emails and still nothing
I never recieved my order after 3 months of waiting and had to put in a charge dispute with my bank to get my money back. Absolutely 0 help from customer service. Will not be placeing another order with them ever. Seems like if they dont have your stuff in stock then they let your order fall off and dont care. I recommend going with a different saber company.

I ordered the Azure Butcher and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time (ordered May 16th received June 5th). The pommel piece was a little scratched up and one of the pointed prongs was a little loose, but nothing major. I still had a hard time with figuring out what all the options meant. I watched a bunch of the videos and other peoples videos to try to figure out what options I wanted and I still messed it up. I think a better ordering UI/UX would be optimal, especially for new to the lightsaber world folks. I tried to get a hold of them to see what I could do to exchange or add the actual options I wanted and I'm pretty sure customer support is absolutely non-existent. I even called, and the voice messaging system stated multiple times the best way to get a hold of them is via email, which I had already tried.
My biggest complaint is the lack of communication from the company. I have sent multiple emails just to get an update on the status of my order as the website never changed today is July 17th 2020 and I made my order on May 4th 2020 with no communication or updates until I received the automated email asking if I received my ultrasaber. Even after I received that email it did not ship for another two to three weeks. The product I ordered matches the description on the website that seems to be the quality that I was looking for but it would be nice if there was some sort of customer service from the company and communication for the status of my order.
To this point, I am quite satisfied with the saber I ordered. Biggest downside is that it did take twice as long to complete before shipping than I had anticipated.
My children really like the saber they received. However, the wait time was long, but it would have been ok if I received any updates on the order or notice of delay. Not a single inquiry I sent to customer service was answered. That was disappointing.
I was fairly happy with the lightsaber I received. I chose the adegan silver color and got color discs to go with it. It's really fun messing around with different colors and sound options.
The service was easy and the delivery came sooner than expected even during this pandemic. But I think I made a mistake and ordered 2 right adjusted tonfa's not sure if I can unscrew the clip and attach it to the other hole on the other side. But overall I paid top dollar for quality products. I might invest in more blades at some point in the future.
Very helpful and always emailed me but slow on shipping due to what's going on. Other than that great quality in products and will order a lot more.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
