The whole experience was great! I contacted customer service to check on my saber and they got back to me super quickly! Also, my saber didn't take too long to ship and came in good quality.
Bad, everything took way too long, also sent a ton of emails and didn't get a response
There's not a lot for me to say, I don't know much about the technical stuff that went into it. It's pretty, it's fun I've spent at least an hour or two twirling it around like a crazy person every day since I got it. I already want another one.

After many months of combing the internet I decided to purchase two Ultrasabers for my daughters. They are huge Star Wars fans and wanted a combat ready saber they could "play" with. I placed my order just as the holidays hit which slowed down the delivery time. After patiently waiting several weeks the sabers were delivered. My girls choose an Apprentice LE V4 and a Graflex SE. They absolutely love these sabers. They are extremely durable, very loud, and are a lot of fun. After a few weeks, the apprentice sound stopped working. I shipped the saber back and within a week the saber was back in my daughters hands. I can't say enough good things about Ultrasabers. If you are looking for a great product and customer service buy an Ultrasaber!

I ordered 4 of the lowest tier sabers you can order, on may 17. Didnt get them in till around July 5th. Longer than expected, customer service was poor but the sabers are great! If u don't mind waiting and can get past the lack of communication, it's a good brand. But customer service was very poor.
Great light saber. I understand how difficult it is with Covid. But six weeks is very long to wait. Very happy with the product. Annoyed with the time.
It was fine, shipping couldve been worse, and I'm happy with the product.
I thought their service was great on my end but I know people who haven't gotten their sabers 3 weeks after mine and bought them before. Plus they haven't gotten any responses to their checkup emails.

While I completely understand you're very busy and stretched thin on staff at this time, you have to see that from my perspective I've spent over $300 dollars with yourselves and receive hardly any communication answering my questions bar an automatic response once.
I am happy with the items received but unfortunately am unlikely to make another purchase with yourselves in the future.
Placed order may 17 received july 8 liked the saber I got box was little damaged but didn't affect the saber would buy again

The shipping took a bit longer than I expected but I blame COVID for that. Overall this was a great buy! Grabbed a mystery bag saber and am not disappointed at all! Thanks guys
I didn't expect to get my order so quickly with Covid interrupting life. I was shocked it came so quickly. I think I had it 2 weeks or so after ordering. Thank you Ultrasabers crew, so very much! I absolutely love my Saber, you guys are really hauling butt for your customers and it's so appreciated.
I didn't receive my blade plug but other than that I am quite happy with the Saber.
Took a while to arrive but given the current situation I'm happy to overlook that, just wish customer service was a little better at responding to emails.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
