The saber arrived with holes that weren't completely finished. I tried contacting support through email and Facebook and received no response. Luckily I work with metal so i fixed it myself but I won't be buying anything here again. It did arrive relatively quickly so that's a positive note.
I waited two months for it which is fine but what really had me sad is the fact that my blade came with a slight tapir. I can't blame ultrasabers for that. It was most likely shipping
My only gripe is that if I would've waited one more day I could've gotten a free stunt saber using the seasonal promotion. Aside from that, my order was received as promised. The sound fount instructions are a nice touch. YouTube tutorials also help with the Software Launcher for those of us who buy Emerald and Diamonds.
Got here quicker than I expected.
I reached out to the customer service people after the second month went by of waiting to hear back from them in regards to anything about my order and they never answered. Covid is probably very taxing on them so i understand i just wish the communication was a little better. The saber came scratched but i understand it was probably a shipping error. Still kinda sad about it though. Overall, it's pretty good.

Well the lead time was generally 3-4 weeks but on the 5th or 6th week i was starting to wonder what the hold up was sent an email. I didn't get a response till the following week and it was generic i know Covid was slowing things down but an email saying hey your order will take longer due to covid wouldve been nice instead of leaving customers in the dark. Needless to say i was helped but was then told the saber i ordered was out of stock even tho it was listed in stock when i ordered it. They asked if i wanted to change and before i could answer that email i was told that my saber was being assembled and shipped and i recieved on Monday July 13th and i ordered the saber on May 17th i believed so shipping took a min and customer service could use some improvement. But the saber is amazing im happy with it
I haven't received my order yet. I called and emailed multiple times and I still haven't got a response. I placed my order on May 1, and I expected to have to wait awhile because of the pandemic, but I wish they were better at replying to emails and phone calls. I will probably update this once I get my order. On their website it just says my order is 'processing.'
I love my saber. It's hanging on my wall and a great piece to show off to all my friends and family when they come over. The customer service could be improved though, there was a slight issue that I am able to live with, but I never heard back after contacting them. Still, I love the product and am already looking at another
When my order came in I was excited like always but when I finally got to the goodies everything was good but one of my blade holders was the wrong color, and I know this seems like a childish thing to point out but 300 dollars is 300 dollars spent for something to be wrong that feels immersion breaking
I honestly never write reviews but these guys just got me so pissed off I had to do this one. To be fair, I haven't received my light saber yet, I'm not even a Star Wars fan but I am a collector of cool items. After I placed my order, I realized the wrong shipping time was selected even though I know for sure which one I clicked (I had set a budget aside for this specifically so I am very cautious), and the difference in cost was 40$ which is a lot for me since I know it will take a long time to deliver no matter which option I picked. They also charged me almost 200$ on my card when my total should have been 100$. Needless to say, that goes over my budget and I am slowly getting more and more frustrated with them. I emailed customer service about 6 times, called their number and left a message, I even contacted their Facebook page and I haven't used Facebook in years and have heard nothing back. I have never seen a company have such terrible customer service that they don't even bother to reply or pick up the phone. I'm sure the light saber itself will be nice but just because of their customer service I will not recommend them to anyone. They need to fix up.

I'm a huge Star Wars fans and to have the ability to customize a lightsaber of my own without having to leave my house blew my mind it looks and sounds amazing exactly what I ordered I love it
It's a pretty average lightsaber but the customer service is not great. Emailed 3 times and no response (still, even after I received it). Kind of cheap too, but good for beginners.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
