We ordered this for my 8 year old son who loves Star Wars and found your site as he was looking through a variety of different sites selling lightsabers. After nearly a month of him looking at your products, we decided to order one that we could afford for him. He has been so excited to get this item and I am so thankful that this item came in about 3 days and delivered this morning while I was at work. This is my very 1st Ultrasabers purchase. I've been very satisfied so far with the customer service emails; as well as, the ease, information, and photos on the website. The videos are also very, very helpful in making an informed decision. My negative rating was not reflective on your company or your company's turnaround time, on the contrary I was very impressed with it. But rather FedEx's irresponsibility with my package. I am changing the evaluation as I see it should have been based on your speed, not FedEx's mistakes. However, just for the record, I'll state my problems with FedEx, just as I did with the local branch here in Tokyo.
1) my package was damaged. There was some green popcorn coming out of it.
2) the status read as delivered and signed for, when it clearly wasn't.
3) The courier never approached. They said no one was home, but my wife was home all day in the two days they claimed delivery was attempted. No note was ever given to signify an attempted delivery.
I hope it is for these reasons next time you'll choose a different delivery service such as DHL. This is not exclusively a problem for FedEx here in Japan, as I mentioned in my last review; FedEx played around with me in the U.S. too.
Ultrasabers clearly has a good reputation for customer service (FedEx does not), so I hope you'll choose a company that matches up with your reputation\standard.

As a repeat customer, I'm always happy to shop with Ultrasabers as their customer service, turnaround time and the finished product are excellent. The staff assisted me with buying an item not available on general purchase, and the whole process was easy, with delivery (by FedEx) on Monday afternoon UK time, after ordering Thursday evening US time.
These sabers are very high quality compared to that Toys R Us junk!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
