Your order form is a bit complicated. Not unintelligible, just long and cumbersome. Might I suggest check boxes all on one page for modifications like The activation switch, Blade plug, Covertech clip & mounting wheel, etc... 14-16 drop down boxes with multiple options on each one can be a little intimidating and it's not easy to see all your choices in one glance 'til the very end of the ordering process.
Overall great experience. No issues & a fantastic product.

It was very easy and quick to order and to be delivered.
When I was ordering, I had to jump through hoops to figure out what a specific part or electronic did, and when I clicked the link that it gave me, it didn't save my progress. So when I went back to the page, I had to restart the order again, and put in the same information I just finished. However, after receiving my order, and receiving it on time, I am extremely satisfied with how it looks and how it works. Work on your online ordering process, and fix how it takes forever to figure out the website navigation, and your order process will be amazing. Can't wait to order a new saber as soon as I can save the money.

Fast easy browsing menus on the web site, just the way it should be. I received my order very quickly ( I ordered the Graflex CE) and it was packaged very well with lots of bubble-wrap. The saber itself was just amazing, everything worked on it just like it was suppose to. Great company, I highly recommend Ultrasabers to anyone looking for a great lightsaber. Lots of options for your saber to get it the way you want paired with fast delivery!
