Very easy and quick
The saber is awesome! The only thing I will mention is you forgot to include the little screw driver for the tension screw. I did add it to my order. Not too big of a deal though. It is an awesome saber though! Very satisfied!

Unfortunately when I received my package from FedEx, it was badly bent, resulting in extreme damage to the saber inside. I have made a claim with FedEx, but given that I paid extra for two-day shipping because this was a birthday gift, I am faced with giving a photo of the lightsaber instead of the actual item. I was surprised the driver even left the package given the condition of the box. I just want to confirm that I am convinced this was damage done by FedEx, and not a result of poor packing by Ultrasabers. I have ordered numerous products from you and this is the first one I have ever had an issue with.

In spite of being mostly computer illiterate I was able to complete my order with no problems and in good time. The products arrived in fairly good time. Took about 5 days. My only issue with the overall experience is that I was unable to get a hold of customer service from the telephone number that was provided on the website. I've called probably a dozen time after I placed the order because I can't make any changes. The order was placed about midnight on 7/23/15 and I forgot to select one of the recommended items. I was sure the order was not processed, so I tried to call customer service early the same day before it was processed. No one answered. I've called several times from 7am to 2pm (PST), but there was no luck trying to talk to live person. I gave up on telecommunication, so I emailed to *******@ultrasabers.com and *******@ultrasabers.com instead regarding my issue, but no one responded until 7:30pm (PST) and the person by the name of Emory Harris said that it was already processed, therefore I was unable to make any changes.
Otherwise, shipping was prompt but a bit expensive if you want to order just one or two parts from the Ultrasabers.com. The shipping almost cost more than the parts itself, which I think is unfair for people to pay for that amount!

Took a few days longer than expected to get here, but it's an excellent product I could recommend to anyone.^_^ Definitely worth any amount of time you have to wait.

This is my third order I have placed with Ultra Sabers. I would definitely order from them again for all my saber needs.
I ordered on Thursday and it gets to my place on Tuesday. Pulled both sabers out of the box and they worked just fine. I got mine as a staff with no sound. I will see how much I use the ones I ordered before buying a nicer one. Only thing I wish I could see is the yellow blade back I really wanted yelliw, but I guess he is not using that color any more. Great stuff out of the box.
