At first I thought I was missing items and shipping was to long,but some saber parts were out of stock,which means people buy a lot of ultrasabers and my son misplaced the items when I left the room.even then they still thrived to help me.good product,I recommend to everyone who likes my sabers.

Well laid out design. Although a few options were confusing and could be written better to explain them, everything went smoothly. Fast replies by customer service also helped with questions and issues.

Everything went well. The software to modify the lighting is a tad awkward though, didn't work quite as expected.

This made my son so happy, Im in tears. I need one now so we can duel...ultrasabers rule!
