My order took about 6 weeks to receive and customer service didn't answer my repeated questions about the status of my order. I am pleased with the product I received, just not the time it took to receive the product and being in the dark about when I would receive it. I have a second order with Ultra Sabers that is 2 months old, and I have not received any information about it's status.
I thought that the saber I received was wat I played for. It was nice and i might even consider buying in the future. But i have to say their customer service needs some work i called multiple times with no answer and emailed them. It took a while before I got a response back almost 2 weeks. The shipping was also very slow and not what I paid for.

I like ultra sabers. They give you lots of saber options but the way the blade goes into the emitter is not very strong. There is just a little screw you need to tighten, and is very easy to strip. The saber handle is amazing though! Very good quality and It feels and looks awesome!
I ordered a saber on April 8th and it is now July 20th. They charged my card and took my money and I still have not received my saber! I have e-mailed ultrasabers at least 8 times in the past month concerning my saber and have been completely ignored by the staff. I called the number they provide to contact them and it is always a recording and you do not have the option to leave a message! This company is turning me to the dark side very quickly, I feel like my money has been stolen! Hopefully leaving a review here will get someone's attention at ultrasabers since they do not respond to you on there website or at their location! Worst customer service ever!
I have been trying to email and call with no response what so ever, I never actually recieved my saber only this email saying that I had. I want a refund at this point, worst customer service experience ever
Ultrasabers are a great company and make great products, I hadn't bought a new saber for 5 years but I knew that when I did (like now) I'd be returning to them as my Guardian I got back in 2015 is still like new.
After finally getting a response I was informed the saber we ordered was not in stock and wouldn't be for another I was informed the saber we ordered was not in stock and wouldn't be for another 10 to 12 weeks. I told them to cancel it. I was then informed that would be a 20% restocking fee? Are you kidding me right now the item is not in stock it was Never built nor sent out. What the hell do you need a restocking fee for? Very shady company buyer beware. Unbelievable fraudulent business practice there
Very disappointed in this company. I should've read the reviews on BBB! Placed an order for $345 light saber on May 2. Never received called several times. Voicemail box is full and tells you to email for faster response. Finally got an actual email response weeks later, not computer generated, which told me my order could not be filled for 10 to 12 more weeks. Yet the company is still advertising daily and selling light savers and cannot fill the order. Also they advertise "AS ALWAYS all coupons are combinable" yet will not honor the ad spending more than $300 get a free light saber! Because I got the free shipping for May the 4th? SHADY. My son's birthday has came and went was supposed to be a gift it's now July 2. Horrible company. Filed a claim with PayPal waiting to see if I get my money back.
Good Service, decent shipping time. No complaints
Everything was good except that I did not get my smart charger that I ordered, nor did I get any answer when I emailed about it. It would be helpful if somebody would answer or send the charger. It's the only reason that anything got low stars, otherwise all fives.

Great sabers, long time to deliver, it's about a two month wait for a custom and half that for a grab bag.
Overall, I love my sabers. However, thes sabers were over a month late and I had to contact and work with their customer service to get them delivered. Finally, I got both sabers, but the coupling that was sent did not fit the two sabers I got... So, here we go again. I have to work with customer service to get the right part in. Although the sabers are great, the wait time and screw up on parts was frustrating.
The sound was not working in the Saber. They told me to send it back for repairs and now it works. I couldn't be happier.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
