Order was wrong and late. You have another order hostage and Jake won't respond to the 100 emails I've sent. I want to send my sabers back and cancel the order you have presently. I need to speak to a person *******025 order ******* & *******
No one will help me and I don't see how this can legally be done so I am exploring that presently.
I know times are unprecedented, but I think it would really help to change the lead time so that people aren't misled when things don't arrive. I had to reach out to customer service twice before ever receiving a response and even then that was delayed as well.
The product itself is way beyond expectations. I'm in love with it. Ordering was super easy at the beginning as well. I'm sure the overall experience would have been extremely different if there wasn't a pandemic going on so it's the delay in shipping/response is understandable.
I ordered this saber for my brother for his birthday. It came quicker than usual. The problem that I have is that the saber I ordered for myself more than five days earlier still hasn't come 4 months later. Fairly disappointed.

Overall very easy and quick to order my mystery box. Good descriptions and information so I was able to get something I was happy with. Customer service was helpful and got things moving again after I waited a while for it to ship. Will use them again if I ever want to order another saber.
Got my items really late which isn't the issue. Its more if that it took over a month to find out when it was going to be shipped. I appreciate the person that helped me but the whole process was very annoying. Thank you though the product is very cool.

Took way too long for delivery!
Considering i ordered mystery boxes at on the website say they are ready to be shipped. Took over 2 months. Sent an email for an update didnt even get a reply. Would never order from ultra sabers again!
I have not received my mystery box from back in May, have contacted the company through email with no reply and have called but their mail box is full.
Time could have been better, but given the circumstances regarding the pandemic, I understand and prefer a longer wait time if it keeps everyone safe.
My only negative experience was when in regards to shipping and customer service. When I placed the order I accidentally used the wrong shipping address, when I (immediately) contacted customer service it took over a week to get a response. In order to change the shipping address I was told it would cost me another $38 to do so. I had already paid for shipping and simply changing it to the other address I had on file should not have cost anything, let alone almost $40. Combining the amount of time it took to reach that decision almost 3 weeks total from when i sent the first message, to the charge was ridiculous.

My overall experience with Ultrasaber has been positive.
This is the 2nd light saber I've purchased. Ultrasaber makes an excellent product and we were not disappointed with either light saber. I was not able to give 5 stars to the shopping experience due to delievery delays and sometimes slow customer service response. In the end, Ultrasaber worked with me to deliver a quality product and so we are happy.
A little excessive for how much you were pricing things but still nice

Great product! I absolutely LOVE the saber I got. I also have a couple Black Series sabers (Luke & Obi Wan), but my new saber from Ultrasabers is twice as loud, and brighter too.
Well worth the wait. Months long delivery time, but with the country on lockdown during Coronavirus, I can't complain. I'm just stoked it's finally in my hands. Would highly recommend, and I will most likely be buying another in the future!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
