So here's the deal:
I had originally bought one double-bladed lightsaber with Ultrasabers, and it came very fast (Within two weeks!) I was very surprised to see how fast it was, since I have heard they're really bad at taking a long time.
Well, turns out I made a mistake in the ordering process. I had wanted the LE edition of both hilts, but when checking out, my phone had not inputted the LE edition of one of the hilts, so now I have one regular and one LE. I immediately got on my email and asked them if there was anything we could do to fix that, because I want symmetrical hilts.
No response to this day. Maybe it's because of COVID, but I find that hard to believe for a few reasons. I sent my email in around June 3rd, and now we're almost into August.
I've since made two more purchases to Ultrasabers, one of them a better coupler for the two hilts - unsurprisingly, that one came within a week - and then another saber entirely. A single bladed lightsaber, made nearly the exact same way as my first hilt. Nothing too fancy. It's been nearly two months, and I have had no update on that one. Everyone was right. They do take a long time to ship.
In reality, I think Ultrasabers is the best place to get a lightsaber due to their quality and their extremely large selection, but the problems they have are major ones (Especially customer service!) that need to be fixed as soon as possible, so I'm rating this one star so they hopefully see this and realize "Man, we may need more dedicated Customer Service Representation". Their speed, I understand, but it would be nice to receive emails saying "We apologize for the inconvenience, but your saber may take a few more weeks before completion" on a regular basis, just so I don't have to sit here in agony waiting to see when it will be ready. I've heard of some people waiting upwards of eight months for a simple single-bladed lightsaber.
Which on that note, I'd also like to add I think they prioritize larger orders first, which may be why my double-bladed came in within two weeks. If you're looking to make an order, make it large so you can get it faster.
Ultrasabers has many choices for a custom built saber, excellent customer service, and a pretty solid product. I would recommend someone looking for a saber to start here.
I love your products as this is the 3rd saber I have ordered from you! However, I have sent 4 emails, 2 being before I recieved my order, to recieve a 32" blade instead of a 36".
Also, I did not intend to have a covertech clip on my saber. Please, is there anyway to send this one back to recieve one without the covertech clip? I use this for show and not action purposes. I have emailed about the blade swap, however have not recieved any response. Thank you Ultra!
Long wait due to covid but well worth the wait. High quality work. Highly recommended, just be patient.
Being a full fledged nerd I bought this completely randomized and actually got a lightsaber that fits me perfectly! The force is real! I plan to buy a second one to dual wield and a second blade for my original because I chose the wrong option the first time xD

My son was extremely happy with how the product looked and worked however one of the dual saber he got stopped working within two weeks. I've sent an email asking how the warranty process works etc and have not received a response. Also while waiting for the item to arrive I sent emails asking for an update and never got a response. So customer service is poor and I'm seemingly stuck with a $120 broken saber.
I have placed several orders with Ultrasabers and had very little issues. The sabers are great to look at and are fun to use. They hold up well
The initial lightsaber did not ship out in the 4 week period. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and let me know that they'd look into it. About a day later, the associate, Erin, informed me that my selected hilt would be out of stock for an extended period of time. Erin then talked me through some other options, took down all of my specifications and made sure that my new saber got to me as soon as humanly possible. I can't express enough how grateful I am for their assistance! I received my lightsaber very shortly after our last correspondence and I am completely and totally satisfied with my purchase! I will continue to use Ultrasabers for all my future lightsaber purchases and I will continue to recommend Ultrasabers to all of my friends. 10/10 have and will purchase from again!
The wait was a little long but was worth it and great quality

The saber is awesome. However we did order on May 19th and just received it on July 14th. It took several emails to the company to find out why we had not received it. This was upsetting, 5 emails later I received a response.
I read that it would take only a month for the saber to arrive but it was about two months to arrive but besides that everything else was good
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
