It is very easy to customize your order and place the order. The interface for the whole experience is very user-friendly. UltraSabers' customer service is outstanding, they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and get exactly what you want.
Some paid features where not present on the saber and the order took a long time to arrive (14 business days against the supposedly "5 business days" of the Fedex International)

Pretty straight forward. Configure, order, wait for shipment, receive. Blades are bright, hilts are clean and sturdy. Difference in price between stunt and saber w/sound is pretty steep, but some want the full experience. More power to 'em. Overall, good product and as far as I can tell, good company.

This is an order for extra items to go with my son's saber for Christmas. When my original order was shipped, the battery charger was left out. Sent Ultrasabers a email and they emailed me back in a couple of hours to let me know a new one was on the way. Excellent service! It came in a couple of days and works fine.
