GREAT! The chat is a good way for people buying their first saber and they help you on choosing. The lightsaber is great, but I thought that when you turn it on, the light will be it with effect, and not like the toy sabers, but is beautiful

The website could be a little better in design for selecting and assigning parts but overall it is pretty good. The saber upon received is excellent so far. Going to use it a lot so I'm going to put it through many forms and battles before giving my final impression.

I ordered my ultra-saber on a Monday and received it Thursday, fast!
I love my high quality light-saber, and the reasonable price.
I guess the only negative is I am going to want another one, and then another one, and on and on and on.

Only possible complaint I could have is being unexpectedly charged customs fees by FedEx with a delivery to Canada.
But even then, wasn't very much, and at the price point of the sabers, a $10 fee doesn't break the bank.
Was expecting at least a 2 week delivery time from point of order, but received it in 6 days!
Crazy fast.

Thank you so much...
There's just one thing I like to know.

My mantis arrived and I picked it up... But I noticed I slight rattling inside and discovered it was the lense not pushed all the way in.
So I pressed the rod down SLIGHTLY to apply pressure to the lense.
And...

THE RATTLING HAS STOPPED.
So the lense is now more secure.

IN CASE THERES A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE, DO I HAVE INSURANCE WITH MY MANTIS ORDER? Also
DO YOU GUYS DO REPAIR SERVICES AFTER MY INSURANCE OR WARRENTY IS EXPIRED?
