GREAT! The chat is a good way for people buying their first saber and they help you on choosing. The lightsaber is great, but I thought that when you turn it on, the light will be it with effect, and not like the toy sabers, but is beautiful

Customer friendly, only my coupon code didn't work. Other than that, I am completely in love with my blade. Already a few scuff marks from heavy dueling but no bending or cracks.

The website could be a little better in design for selecting and assigning parts but overall it is pretty good. The saber upon received is excellent so far. Going to use it a lot so I'm going to put it through many forms and battles before giving my final impression.

Only possible complaint I could have is being unexpectedly charged customs fees by FedEx with a delivery to Canada.
But even then, wasn't very much, and at the price point of the sabers, a $10 fee doesn't break the bank.
Was expecting at least a 2 week delivery time from point of order, but received it in 6 days!

The experience of selecting your own custom options of a fully built lightsaber is Awesome. The "back order" notification startled me with the time frame of 1-15 weeks delay, but it didn't even take a week! Very fast, easy process.

There's just one thing I like to know.
My mantis arrived and I picked it up... But I noticed I slight rattling inside and discovered it was the lense not pushed all the way in.
So I pressed the rod down SLIGHTLY to apply pressure to the lense.
And...
THE RATTLING HAS STOPPED.
So the lense is now more secure.
IN CASE THERES A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE, DO I HAVE INSURANCE WITH MY MANTIS ORDER? Also
