You do fast work and supply a great product but the BS hassle of having to be available to sign for the product through FedEx is a HUGE pain in the back side. I have a job. I get off at 4pm and it's a 2 hr commute. FedEx wants to charge me an additional $5 if I try to change the delivery to 5-8pm. I don't have a car to go to a FedEx location if they refuse to deliver when I'm home. My package arrives today and I can only hope they deliver after 6pm.
As for the "out of stock" issues, I don't feel it's right to put pretty much every item on your website out of stock and then have them available and shipped in less than a week. It's "nice" to still get my order but many times I decided to NOT order due to seeing it's not in stock. I simply took a risk this time. I even had a friend complain about it when I told them about the website.
Overall, the experience shopping at Ultrasabers is good. Their sabers are top notch and their customer service is really good.

The customization process is incredibly vast that it requires some reading. However, all the information is well documented if you look for it, or if you ask ultrasabers directly during the purchase process. This small research required to configure the lightsaber contributed favorably to the inmersive experience. Once purchased, the configuration options of obsidian and emerald drive make customization easy.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
