Excellent website with live chat option, very helpful. This is my first Ultrasaber purchase. I received my sabers and they are wonderful. Excellent quality as far as I can tell. I ordered my sabers and had them in my hands less than 5 days later. I ordered 3, I expected it to take much more time. I'm very happy at this point.
We received our order the next day and have been having great fun. My wife and I are now ready to go to the Saberwalk at Space City Comic Con this coming Saturday. The Menaces are awesome looking and handling.
Beautiful sabers as advertised. Videos do not do them enough justice! If this is your first purchase, ask questions either on the forums, via email, or through chat with an UltraSabers representative.
To say that my daughter and I are happy is an understatement. I would recommend the Emerald Driver and the Obsidian V4 sound for a simple set of reasons. First, I understand these do cost a fair amount, but compared to the competition, these prices are beyond fair. Secondly, have both the Driver and Sound allows you to change the Saber with your moods. Feeling particularly dark one day? Switch to Blazing Red and the Blackstar sound effects. You the creative type? Create your own sound files and upload them to the Saber. Want to any color shade? You are no longer limited to the basic colors. In summary, the sabers are as changeable as you are!
I do not have any relationship with Ultra Sabers and this was my first purchase with them, but prior to buying, I did read a lot and watch a ton of videos both from ultra sabers and from the lightsaber community. I would recommend them based upon my first purchase!
