Hey I've found this site really good so far I was having a bit of trouble fingering out all the options at first but once I found your guides it was all really straight foward! The one thing I wish could do is give the Sabres a bit of twirl before I buy them, see how and how the hilt feels in my hand and well balanced they are/ how the move through the air as a martial artist who will diffently be using these Sabres to deul with these things are of the utmost importance to me. But seeing as I'm in Newzealand as your in America there's no much we can do about that haha

The YouTube videos are very helpful. The only issue I had was that I sometimes had to search through multiple videos to try to figure out how to do certain tasks such as what link to click on in Saber Forum to download the software. I also had to search through multiple videos to figure out how I get to the cable connecters in the saber.
I had a great time seeing all the different ways I could customize my lightsaber in the ordering process! The product works great and is now a great treasure to me!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
