As I mentioned, the saber is awesome and everything I expected but FedEx damaged or and I have to return it for replacement. Also, I thought there was a sound diffuser on the pommel but there is not, so I'll likely order another pommel. All things considered, it is a great saber and I look forward to receiving the undamaged one.

My only complaint would be the value. After taxes, duties and exchange my saber ran me close to $500 and that is for a saber without the emerald board and without any flashy bells and whistles.
I get you can't do anything about the rate of exchange but it would be great if you offered incentives that would help offset this.
Overall, happy with the product, the speed of service (wow!) and everything else.

As I stated please look into adding a rubber plug of some kind to prevent the battery housing and the LED from moving around inside the saber.
Spoke with Marlena to expedite shipping and she responded in no time. She had great customer service. The package arrived and everything was going great when I could hear a screech noise on the speakers. After awhile there was no sound coming off the speakers, I popped it open and examined the speakers. The black wire was partially disconnected but the red wire was fine. I am in the process of trying to fix the speakers. The price was great and the customer service was awesome.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
