Website was easy to use. The saber looks and feels incredible. I would like to see the "forum only" colors have an option on the site.
The site is easy to use and the customer service is great, i had forgotten my numbers in my address and they emailed me and i responded and within minutes my order was shipped. The saber is very nice quallity and is veey bright, and i only got the single led instead of the tri, so i am very satisfied
Ordered two custom lightsabers at the US convention booth and they were done in 30 mins, awesome quality! Worth the price if you're a true fan!
After taking it home I noticed scratches and dents as if it was handled right during shipment. Staff were nice and helpful but the product upon selling should be carefully and closely inspected before the customer receives it. The light up part also had scratches but I like my lightsaber very much. Thank you
