Order the Scorpion saber with claw on the 14th of April and received it the mail on 20th of April only took a week. Look forward to ordering from Ultrasabers again. Great service.

I just received the initiate v4 with obsidian lite sound, the sound is great, and quite loud, the light is very powerful (I have the gardian blue blade). It will be a great addition to my collection!

Easy to understand, use, and navigate site, random helpful chat customer service (though i wish there was a way to initiate the chat sessions, or some way to indicate you don't wish to be bothered by the chat popups, but they're pretty unintrusive). I especially love the youtube videos showing off the products, and especially the informational ones that show the features of some of the technical sides of things, IE how to order your emerald saber for example.
The product is superior in every way. I got this one for my nephew for his 8th birthday and now I have to get my own! I will definitely go for the emerald for my own and a lighted AV switch. I will also get the upgraded sound board as the basic sound and lighting I purchased are satisfactory but the option to play with it seems like a necessity for an adult purchasing the product. I'll be back for more!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
