So glad I purchased from US, very awesome service

Overall good experience. I would prefer to see more technical info about each item when viewing.

Post purchase: Very high quality and we'll made. Torn apart and very easy to put back together. After twiring and spinning, I noticed small scrapes. This is coming from the top portion of the hilt. Nothing a few well places calluses won't fix over time.

I look forward to purchasing my next one.

The quality of the product and shipping was excellent! The saber even arrived a day ahead of when I was expecting it!

My only complaint is not with ultrasabers at all but with the shipping via FedEx. I paid for 2 day delivery and my items shipped out Thursday but I did not receive them until Monday.

Need more explanations about options

Got my first saber last month, just ordered my second one. Love them, well made and durable.

I called in and spoke with someone in customer service who was very engaged and answered all my questions.

I only buy my sabers here! Returning customer as long as the force allows.

I got my ultrasaber earlier today and was extremely pleased. The overall build time and shipping time was quite speedy, the weight, feel, light, and sound quality blew me away. My face lit up the instant I took it out of the box, and I quickly ignited and spun around with it. Biggest smile you'll ever see on a sith! (other than palpatine maybe)

Purchased 3 grab bag sabers and grab bag blades for the kids and they love them

This thing is way more than I had hoped for. Easy to put together, easy to use. Ends come apart and fit back together smoothly. Been using it to practice with, and so far no issues with durability. Also like that while it does add a bit to the end, slightly longer than your average pommel, it is not enough to make using the sabers separately awkward. I frakkin' love this thing.

I ordered two sabers and receive it 4 days later so wow. Impressive :)

The products are good. A little bit of caveats here and there but overall satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely purchase again should there be another promo.
