No problems, very accomodating
Real Good experience overall. I just think that you should include a basic guide on how everything work. We have hard time to locate how to shut down the light saber, we firering it up by pressing the only switch on the Graflex SE but we had some fun trying to closing it until 15 minutes later I hold down the button accidentally and then the magic occurred, it closed ;)
So many options. Other than too much text on each screen and so many exceptions, everything else is great.

Always love my shopping experience, have supplied everyone with a lightsaber. My sisters use the sabers without sound as nightlights, a cool way to walk around the house. I have two sabers with sound, until we invent actual light blades these are great stand in's. All of my orders arrived in a timely and without issue. The colors are great. The blades are sturdy. Well worth the price. If you want a lightsaber, if you have always wanted one since first discovering star wars. UltraSabers is absolutly the place to shop.

Great value
It was hard to find information on couplers and plugs. I'm unsure whether I needed plugs. And I believe I bought the coupler I want, but it wasn't obvious to me what flush vs not-flush looked like and what adjustable meant exactly. Examples and descriptions of those things would have been useful.
