I've ordered 5 or 6 of my Sabers from US, they arrived on time, everytime.
This was my 2nd purchase from Ultra Sabers and it definitely will not be the last! Excellent shipping time and I was very happy with the mystery box saber i received.

I was new to lightsabers and ordered four for my nieces at the family get-together. I opened the box at the get-together and the first three worked like magic out of the box. In minutes they were charmed and learned to invoke the various sounds and light flashes. Unfortunately the fourth didn't work but it did rarely flash when shaken. Having checked out the website and viewed how to replace batteries, we tried to get the battery holder out but it was stuck. About an hour later and after great determination and effort, enough of the battery holder was exposed to pull the rest out. The problem was immediately apparent -- one of the 4 AAA batteries was partly out of position, both adding to friction removing the holder and preventing the lightsaber from operating. A minute later all was well and I had four happy nieces.

The ordering process was very smooth. The web site is laid out good as well easy to navigate to where you would like to go. The pictures of the multitude of sabers and options to choose from was the hardest part there are so many. Already have my next one picked out and the next one after that.

The saber I was viewing was missing the detail like width and length but was able to devise the solo saber it was and compared the stats it had. When I received the saber it was in two different shades of purple but everything else was great.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
