The cost of the add-ons, the sabers themselves, and shipping is too pricey. Because of that, I limited most of my saber's customizations to basic standard selections which is a let down. But quality of the sabers are overall great!

The best website and no expensiv
Quick and easy the second time through. I received a Dark Sentinel v4, with a blue LED. I like it because it's much slimmer than the Bane I received in my other grab bag. Also, I swapped the Bane pommel to the D. Sentinel and the color contrast and weight distribution is better now. The only thing is, the finish on the pieces could be better. All the edges are overly sharp, they all need rounding over. The D. Sentinel needs to be stripped of the black coating and sanded down. It still has a freshly machined feel to it, it's like it wasn't sanded and smoothed before coating. But overall, they are great, because they give you a chance to customize them yourself, versus being too afraid to mess up the finish it already has.

Had some difficulties with check out, had selected paypal but the site wouldn't accept I had selected a payment method and let me progress, despite it showing I had selected that method, switched to card and it worked ok.
We were very impressed with our grab bag purchase, both sabers are beautiful and the one that came with sound is epic.
