This is my first Mystery Box purchase (though I've purchased other sabers before). I love how wonderfully straight-forward the process is.
Shipping was quick; I placed the order on a Tuesday evening and it arrived on Friday morning.
I had hoped for a few more add-ons to the Mystery Saber, but it is a beautiful hilt, well-balanced for one-handed or two-handed use. So I know I'll get plenty of use out of it.

It was easy to place my order. And I am so excited!
They came fast! I was surprised how soon they came. They arrived looking great and elegant for a civilized age, haha. They felt great in the hand and we enjoyed them right away. I had only two small problems that are in the process of being resolved. They put the wrong switch on my Bellicose. I had ordered a non-illuminated av switch but instead I received a standard black guarded switch. I also noticed that I got only one retention screw for the blade holder instead of two. I emailed them the next day and they responded very quick. It is still in the process of being resolved and will probably take a little longer because they have been affected by hurricane Harvey but I am hopeful that they will be accommodating. This is the only reason I gave only 4 stars rather than 5. The customer service has been fast and friendly. And despite not having the switch I ordered the saber is still AWESOME! It doesn't really bother me. I still look forward to dueling with it.
My overall experience has been very nice. No complains from my part.

The website is very cluttered and the options do not have very informative descriptions. I had to look elsewhere to get answers to my questions about certain options for the lightsaber. Not being able to ship to an alternate address is a bit troublesome. All of that said, I already own an Ultrasaber and it is an excellent product.
Lots of options, easy to find links about options. When I received my product there was a faulty switch, contacting Ultrasabers was quick and easy, the product was returned for inspection, fixed and sent back within 1 week.
Easy shopping experience. Daughter really enjoyed building her own stunt saber.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
