Great service, really hoping for something amazing from a mystery box.
As it turned out it was amazing.
I loved the saber and it is very highly constructed and of good quality. The order arrived and very quick and timely manner. My only suggestion would be to include some good instructions on how to download and use the diamond driver. I know there are videos on the web sites in the forums but a few printed instructions may be helpful in getting a person going on those things. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and with the product.

Awesome saber and fun experience
I was not as excited about the 2nd mystery box saber as I was with the first one. I will be ordering another one soon. As far as the delivery time it took longer than expected. Two hurricanes held up the shipping. Love ultrasabers!
The post office had a hiccup and didn't deliver because my name wasn't on the mail box. A little trip to the post office. I got my package and I fixed my saber and it was an awesome project to take my saver apart and put it back together.
Good product weighty, good looking, the electrics are really good e.g. Sounds and effects. There customer service/support team are great and fast response to and delivery was quick.
A few criticisms though I ordered the mystery saber and was unable to check what I actually got as there eas no spec sheet and looked like i had received a cheaper model (I don't think I did but needing to check should be avoided) ultimately this i a minor criticism, however I am having some trouble getting the blade to stay steady in the hilt and have chipped the blade slightly as a side effect and doesn't atm feel 100% this could be avoided with a screw with a stopper on the top and could probably use 2 screws as it's for duelling (this is the reason for 4 stars not 5 but don't let this put you off if your a fan of Star Wars as they're great).
I am hoping to order from them again soon as I am l satisfied and largely impressed with the product and want another.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
